Had breakfast here today. The food was really good and the service was also. Had some food stuck on my tortilla, which I’m sure was while being made off the grill. Long line in the drive-through usually showing how good the food is. They have a small bar for drinks later. Pretty good I will come back.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. For several years, we would go eat at Cancun after mass. There was always 14 of us. Gabby was our waitress and always took care of us. Not sure what happened, but one day, we walked in and all of the staff was new. Since then, their service has been the worst. This location on Yorktown Road has really gone down. I have gone back several times, thinking, well they are short on staff or maybe they don’t have enough cooks. Today, was the last day. First, our drink order was taken to another table and then another waitress brought out their drinks and picked up our drinks to give to us. We told her we wanted new drinks not the ones she just picked up from that table. We were told twice that our order would be out shortly. Then another waitress came and told us that our three tacos was going to be awhile because they had a large table in the other room. We told her we had ordered when they were just getting there. She didn’t say anything and we told her we were leaving. We went to pay for our drinks and man at the register, said you only had drinks, like he didn’t believe us, my husband said yes and told him why. I walked up to the register and asked my husband why was he paying for the drinks and he said because he wasn’t going to walk out without paying. The man at the register, then said, you don’t have to pay for the drinks. Just know that we will tell others not to go there. The only reason they got one star was because that was the only way I leave a review.

Our home away from home. We’ve been coming to Cancun since it opened over 10 years ago and we loved it then and we love it now. We’ve always enjoyed their company, service, the delicious food, the warm atmosphere and the friendly staff who are more like family to us now. A forever favorite of ours.

Love the food, but the waiting time to pick up the food in the drive thru is terrible, sometimes 30 mins they need to do something about it. Another is the guacamole sauce in the mini cups is unedible because is extremely spicy hot they need to use less jalapeños.

Very slow service and cold food. We waited by the “Please Wait to be Seated” sign for 10 minutes before a worker said to just sit wherever. They forgot to bring our appetizer (Queso Flameado), we asked for it and when they brought it out it was all melted together like plastic. The nacho plate must’ve been sitting for awhile before it was served, because the chips were soggy and the beans were cold and hard… somehow the chips were burned though. After our food was served no one came back, we didn’t get refills or our check. We went up to the register in the front and no one came around… We could’ve walked out. They are obviously short staffed, but I think they should focus on their service. I wouldn’t mind the wait if the food was fresh.

Don’t know the area very well (yet) but I’d choose Cancun over any of the common places you might pick. The quesadillas, guac, and fajita meat are all delicious. Went for lunch, great service and great value (6 people for about $14 per head. That inc drinks and 25% tip. And leftovers) can’t wait to go back!

Highly disappointed. All I wanted was guac and chips. I understand it’s Easter weekend and a lot of restaurants are closed. That’s why I drove a long distance to order a simple guac and chips. Price on the drive thru menu for a large states 14.99 but the drive thru gentleman said 19.99… I even went on the website and it relocated me to a different state. when I asked for a manager, he rudely said those were old prices that were never changed. I asked if he would honor the price on the board and yet again he rudely said no. First of all sir, change your attitude. There’s no need to talk to me like that. Second, it’s not my fault that you being a manager aren’t up to date with your store details. Third, I’d like to speak to the owner because your attitude was disgusting and uncalled for. You should work on your customer service. Your store would have profited $15 but if you would have honored your incorrectly advertised price. Would not return to be treated this way.
