Service was amazing if it only wasn’t for couple staff who would not assist the cashier in a graceful way. The cashier seemed to be on the autistic side and when he approached the 2 young staff in the back, there was impatience, and smirks in their response and it was noticed.

I like the food here but it’s dirty as hell. Dust on tv’s over food prep station. And air conditioning vents dirty as hell over the grill they cook on . This is the one on paradise just off the strip.

I placed an order from capriottis at this specific location, when I arrived home I saw hair in my food. When I reached out to the store they disclaimed they couldn’t fix my issue due to the manager not being on-site, and that they could only replace the sandwich. Employee disclaimed that they needed “proof” and claimed that the issue could not be believable without returning the sandwich and her seeing the hair. I offer to send her picture. This location is by where I work, which is across town. She refused to fix the issue and instead escalated the issue. The whole experience was disgusting and their attitude was horrible

Unbelievably good! I found this shop while visiting their neighbor, CVS. Starving at midnight, I just wanted a quick, satisfying bite. As someone who strives to eat plant based, I was elated to see a vegetarian section on their menu board. Not just ordinary “veggie” fare, Capriotti’s listed creative plant based cheese “steak” and “turkey”. I ordered a small “Cole”, no mayo, Russian dressing on the side. I wasn’t ready to order the $19.99 large.

Located right by the University, in a very busy strip mall. Lots of little spots to get food around it. Tight quarters at lunch time with a line that can stretch out the door. Very large portions, and easy to over purchase! Amazing staff that are very fast and very friendly which is fantastic. I hope they are paid well because they are really great! We had the basic turkey sandwich and a tuna sandwich and both were a little bit underwhelming. Not bad, just not what we had hoped for. So the good place to stop by if convenient for you, but not really something to do out of your way for.

This isn’t about the service. This place is FILTHY & FULL OF FLIES. Service was fine. Praying my sandwich doesn’t have any issues because holy moly this place was disgusting. There’s only 2 people working there so they probably don’t even get to take time to clean. They shouldn’t be working in these conditions. The vents from the AC are even brown!

I went back here in 2017 for EDC Las Vegas and ate one large sandwich a day before the festival. It helped me make it through without paying those high prices and after going back this year for the same reason. I can stand by and say that it was just as I remembered, awesome food!!

This place is the worst when it comes to following directions then after they make a mistake they laugh about it, you put stuff on people’s food, then instead of making a fresh sandwich they picked the lettuce off and put mushrooms on, that could of killed my Son allergenics, killing people is not funny, for the Young girls working Saturday 6/4/2022..
