Carbonato is my go to restaurant. Their Peruvian cuisine is the best in the city. You can get foods from seafood to chicken. Their variety is awesome. Whenever I am busy I always order food from here. They also do catering which I love. It serves the whole family!

Total waste of my money. Food didn’t not taste good. I ordered a seafood friedrice and all I got was 3 shrimps, 2 mussels and tons of calamari. I’m so annoyed. Never again. I should have heeded to the bad reviews.

I have been to this restaurant many times now, always getting takeout. The food has been amazing all the time. The service has room for improvement, as the staff seems to be on a bad mood most of the time. Also, trying to get a parking spot around the area can be challenging.

We’ve eaten here many times. Love this place. Best Peruvian spot in Elizabeth. The food is amazing and the staff is wonderful. Waitress spoke very little English, but it all worked out. Small and family friendly atmosphere. Also a great place to take a date. Pic 1 is the seafood fried rice. Pic 2 is lomo saltado

I heard about this spot and that food is good. I found the spot and ordered Seafood rice. They told me it would take about 20 minutes and the cost was $20. I paid upfront and let them know I’d be back. When I got back they handed me a nice size pan, and it was hot. I was suq2wwwprised the pan was so big. I got to the car and opened the pan up and the aroma and heat filled the car. It smelled great and it taste good. The rice was parlayed with squid, scallops, a few shrimp, a couple of mussels in the half shell, and last and least was a crab leg cluster. That cluster should be omitted from the meal and substituted with more shrimp or mussels, til they figure out how to cook crab legs. This was the 1 downfall to the meal unfortunately. The cluster and legs were not edible because when I opened the shell the meat and shell were stuck together and wasn’t able to be seperated.
