If I could , I would give NO star. Every time I go to this Caribou they do something and than justify it. One time I had a free upgrade and she told me I could not use it and could not tell me why. Today I went there against my better judgement and ordered a mint mocha w/ milk chocolate. She gave me a peppermint mocha. When I said something to her she said its the same thing just with peppermint on top. I want chocolate mint. For 5$ a cup for a small one at that, I should be able to get what I wanted. Not what you fixed. I ordered right. The cashier was wrong. Instead of her making me what i wanted, she gone give me what she made. NEVER AGAIN EVER!!!

I just had an awful experience at this caribou location. A woman in a purple shirt with glasses was incredibly rude. I was trying to explain the orders and she kept cutting me off and told me I should have just ordered online if it was going to be so complicated. Seriously the worst service i have received at a caribou.

Every time I come to this location, I’m either sitting at the menu saying “hello” until someone eventually comes, and then I sit at the window for what seems like forever just for them to even take my card. One time they even came back while I was waiting several miutes to get me drink and thet had forgotten to give it to me?
