The food OK . They really need to stop with the false advertising on the size of the burgers and the portions of the topping. We ordered the new Philly burger, and in the picture, it shows all these fresh toppings of steak and peppers on the burger, and you get it and it’s barely anything just slapped onto the top of the patty. Carl’s Jr. used to be the best fast food burger place but not so much anymore. . For the price you pay, you are better off calling in a take out order from chili’s or Denny’s or somewhere that will give you a real burger patty with a good portion of fresh toppings . The fries were hot and fresh, I give them that , I also like the hand breaded tenders but that’s pretty much all they have going for them anymore . The service was good though.

sad to say slow people work here they just talking. i place mobile order 1050pm they say 15-20min.. they have no customers i go 20 min later for them to say “they just saw my order” maybe if they stop talking and focus on work. now i get cold asss fries and burgers because they rushed them in 3 min. never again.

Please explain how we as customer at 3:00a.m supposed to know you just got assaulted, and you’re not taking orders girl please you could of said that at the drive thru not wait until I honked and then say “ girl we just got assaulted we’re not taking any orders” after 10 min wait…

Nothing to exciting. Just like any other Carl’s JR. Everything depends on who is working. If they are kind and professional and not rude and rushing. I get both at this location. So it just depends on the employees. They are the ones who make your experience worth writing about.

When it first opened I was excited, but now it screwing it’s customer by not completing the order you pay for. I got screwed out of $3.49 cent. You call no answer, they are the same people that are now getting increases in minimum wage pay. So, did someone pocket the $3.49 . Not a honest business.

Everytime you go thru the drive thru here, they always ask you to move out of the way instead of giving you your food thru the window. I understand they want to keep their wait times low, but it’s a little ridiculous when they ask you to move when there is no one behind you in line. Their customer service priority is out of whack in this regard. Devalue one customer to get another one further ahead in the line? Doesn’t make sense.
