The price is still relatively good when compared to other fast food burger places and their offering, so I can confidently come here and know I am going to get a great meal at a good price. I love the fact that their fries are always fresh and hot, and their burgers are always perfectly made (for a fast food joint.) I am and will be a repeat customer.

I typically frequent the Carl’s Jr. On elk grove florin rd, but this one was in line with my route. So I stopped there, went thru the drive thru and the female who took our order, sounded very customer friendly and all was well. There were 3 cars ahead. After about 2 minutes we were next in line. No problem. However, it seemed to be taking a bit longer. So I looked up and the employee was leaning out the window laughing and talking with the patron (who she obviously knew personally) for like 5-8 minutes! That would’ve been fine had that person NOT had their food, but when they finally pulled off there was no final exchange of food/beverage. Perhaps it was given in the 1st 2-3 minutes of the conversation when I wasn’t paying attention, I don’t know. But by this time there were servers cars behind us. I know she sensed my level of discontentment as the look on her face changed when she saw me. Got my food, drove off and THEN when I got home to eat my food, my order was messed up and had cheese on it…I don’t eat cheese… and the bun was hard and burger dry. ‍♀️ Not happy.

Never buying from this place ever again. We bought a burger and when my mom ate it halfway there was a blonde hair in it. We went back to demand a refund but they refused since they claimed that none of their workers have blonde hair.

So it says they close @1am and I went on Sunday midnight and I waited in the drive thru for 10 mins and no one ever asked to take my order so I came around to exit and I see someone so I found it weird since no one helped me so I come all the way around and I see an employee I assume just sitting there and I’m just staring to make sure I’m not seeing anything and yup it was a human so I’m guessing he or she just sits there and waits for there shift to finish @1am but close early. Whatever the case is they should update their hours and not make people waste time and gas!
