I keep giving this place chances but it’s become the equivalent of someone who keeps hoping that their chronically abusive spouse will change. Too many times service has been slow, they’ve even been closed at normal hours, etc. This time around I was forced to pay full price for a meal when a coupon I had that was good for the whole current month didn’t get accepted. They claim their machine didn’t accept it and didn’t know why. I’d only gotten these coupons in my mailbox a few days ago. I’m done being abused, taking my business elsewhere. This Carl’s Jr. has nothing but problems. Avoid at all costs.

Horrible customer service! Orders are always wrong! Start paying attention to what people are saying to you! This place is always completely empty! 2 employee cars in that huge parking lot nobody in the drive thru and I’m repeatedly asked 2-3x WHAT WAS THAT, NO WHAT, WHAT KIND OF DRINK DID YOU SAY??? As I hear laughing and music! Don’t waste your time even if you’re hungry your order will be wrong!!! BTW- french fries are not supposed to come in a CLUMP ALL STUCK TOGETHER!!!

It’s extremely good food from them I never get nasty soggy anything. The problem I have had several times is them at night being understaffed and them not putting whole samwiches in the bag or the wrong wrapper. (Example i check my order before leaving and there is a supper star in my order and not finding out till taking it home that it’s a famous star since it took 1 hour for my food I call and no one answers the phone at night but I love using coupons.. I have 5 kids and 4 adults usually to feed and it dose make it very enjoyable.. but these coupons are awesome right now thank you2
