What a horrible experience! Ordered a pizza at 6:20pm with a delivery time of 7pm. At 7:12 called the store and was told “the order was out for delivery” at 7:30 pm called back as no pizza had been delivered and was told that our order was “forgotten”. Asked if it was going to be a fresh pizza and was told “yes” as I continued to question the order, found out our pizza was sitting around for 40 minutes before anyone realized they had forgotten to deliver it! Best they could do was write my name for a free pizza with the next order… Sorry, but Pappas Pizza will get all of my business going forward!

Called to have a pizza delivered and was told it would be 2 hours and the new driver wouldn’t be able to find our campground. So you’re telling me that he can’t turn right, go a mile or so, turn right and turn right again? Thank goodness for the Ankeny Casey’s being able to find us, and it’s definitely more than just right turns!

All Casey’s are great except one thing, they do not carry purified water in their brand. Every town I’ve gone to this summer only has spring water. If your not picky cool, but for those of us who are and have to spend more because they don’t carry purified water in their brand it sucks. Otherwise would get more stars.

This is the second time this week I’ve tried to stop for coffee and breakfast on my way through polk city. The website says they open at 5 but they weren’t open. Today I sat outside with my headlights shining in the doors. I could see people moving around by they didn’t open. I left at 5:08 and they still hadn’t opened

Pizza is great but Caseys changed their chicken strips . There now half the size and charging just as much or more money . Very disappointed in the chicken strips. They used to be so good!

It’s a convenience store. It has gas and snacks. Yes, it makes pizza too. Hit or miss really. It’s definitely an older Casey’s, and the bathroom was not great last time I stopped in.
