Casey’s Restaurant Menu – Hobbs, NM

Kenny Smith and his family have helped feed hungry Lea County residents for over four decades, a Hobbs staple since 1977. Smith earned his restaurant education working his way up the ranks to management at the Red Crow. He then opened Casey’s, a Lea County mainstay. These days, Paula (Smith’s daughter) and Kerry Manis own and operate Casey’s; although, Kenny still helps quite a bit when he isn’t running Easy Par Golf, a retirement job located a few doors down from his grandson’s catering business, KTM Catering. Come see one of the world’s largest coca-cola collections and get an old-fashioned hamburger & hand-battered onion rings! We would love to have you visit soon!

Old-school, family-owned standby with Coca-Cola memorabilia serving burgers & other nostalgic bites. Based on 427 reviews, the restaurant has received a rating of 4.7 stars. Price $$

This is a nice throwback diner style restaurant. We ordered the green chile burger with tots and a patty melt with tots. The sandwich and burger were great and tots were perfectly prepared. This is located in a mini mall. They’re open at 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. Till 2:00 pm on Saturday. Nice folks too!

WOW WOW WOW What a great find! Lived in NM for 13 years and our first visit to Hobbs. Looked up places to eat and Casey’s was the first to pop up. I’m so glad we gave them a try. We got the green chile cheeseburger and a patty melt w/grilled onions. The best patty melt I’ve ever had! My husband loved his cheeseburger also. The gentleman that took our order was very personable and kind. We will be back!

I figured I’d give it a try today simply because of the reviews. I ordered and sat down and waited to be called that my food was ready. I waited and then waited some more, people who came in after me were getting food before me. After an hour, I finally stood up and asked where my food was. She said it was coming out, I walked to pay and then I changed my order from dine in to to go. It should never take an hour to prepare a burger.

Felt like I stepped back into the 60’s. Awesome atmosphere with lots of memorabilia to look at while waiting for food. Cheeseburger was good…nothing special but onion rings smelled heavenly. I didn’t order any because I wasn’t that hungry but will return in the near future.

We were visiting from out of town and sure are glad that we found Casey’s. This place is a true gem. Old school diner feel with lots of Coca Cola merchandise decorating the store. I ordered the Cheeseburger with green Chile and bacon and it was excellent. My friend ordered the taco burger and didn’t love his food as much as I did, but 3/4 of us loved our burgers (all 3 of us who loved our meal ordered the same thing). Not to scare anybody away from ordering the taco burger, but the cheeseburger with green Chile and onion rings are must haves. The service was also super friendly and made us feel welcome. If you are in Hobbs, Casey’s is a must stop for lunch!
