Upon arriving the staff was standing at the front door. The waitress didn’t say hello nor the owner sitting at the front door who was doing the books at the front entrance. We asked if we could make an order to go. After we were rushed through ordering, without being able to ask any clarification questions, we attempted to speak to the lady sitting at the cash register. She did respond and so after a few attempts she looked up and told me in Spanish tgat that she didn’t speak English. The waitress came to speak with her and the conversation quickly ceased. Family owned and operated. Very clean very nice. The staff are very friendly and willing to assist you in making your selections. They kept my drink full and kept the chips and salsa coming. I think I’ve been here 7 times in the past month and a half. My favorite thing is probably the al pastor mulitas, but everything I’ve had is delicious. The birria tacos are also exceptional. You will be happy you came.

We’ve gone several times in their opening month(s). Their meats are really good and flavorful, the orcheta is delicious with free refills… the staff and owners are friendly. Central Mexico flair …. Definitely recommend this restaurant!! We’ve had their tacos, burritos and items from the especial menu…. My wife was born in central Mexico, and she loves it….

I don’t write reviews of restaurants, but when I saw a negative review of this restaurant, I wanted to say something. I would always choose New Mexican Hatch chili food over other Mexican food, but we do not have that option in Hutchinson, and I would still give my experience here five stars for Hutchinson. Four of us, two from out of town, had no complaints at all. Our server was great, and everything we had was fresh and tasty. I plan to support this restaurant, and I will continue to support it over other places here as long as it continues the food and service we received yesterday.

The food is top notch! Best AUTHENTIC Mexican food in Hutch by a mile. The staff is so nice and attentive. We were greeted with broad smiles and delicious smells. The Jamaica I ordered was gigantic and the quesobirrias were absolutely delightful. The al pastor was mouth watering and I’ll definitely be ordering those again. Wonderful place for date night! My wife got the celayense special and it was tons of food and the steak was super tender and seasoned to perfection. Give it a try, you’ll love it!

I just had the best burrito I’ve ever eaten. It was the burrito diablo which had grilled steak and chorizo, it was so flavorful and spicy. So good! The cheese dip was also delicious. All they need are margaritas and beer and it will be the perfect dinner out.
