Great ribs (wet) with just the right amount of smoke. Pulled pork was delicious, as was the sausage and cheese plate. Bit disappointed with the brisket being only a little warm. It was tender but not juicy. The pulled chicken was very dry but tender. Tasted like they split it up right off the smoker. Pork was good, but their chicken and brisket still needs work. Very friendly and helpful staff!!

Very enjoyable. I’m not sure how it represents this area, but there was plenty of very good food. Smoking was flavorful, meat was a bit dry but enjoyable. Being from Texas, I couldn’t give 5 stars to the food, as my preference is skewed towards Texas smoked meats, but don’t let this discourage you from going, it is definitely a good choice. The plate in the photo shows 1 meal (with an order of fries on the side for the wife) and it filled both of us, we took the leftovers and made sandwiches the next day and still had some leftover.

I came all the way from Toronto to try Central BBQ and it didn’t disappoint. The portions were bigger than I expected, I actually bought too much for 1 person, but I ended up making 2 dinners out of it. All the food tasted great. The sides were awesome. I doubt I will ever be down that way again so I’m glad I got to have the chance to try it.

They were very polite and very friendly and very patient with us, wait wasn’t very long to get the food. food was hot and fresh very good. I realized I had forgotten something on my order no slaw on my barbecue and that’s a sin here. Gave me a small order of slaw made it right and they were very sweet about it. I’m definitely going back to that Central location, the three of them I’ve been to they are the best in Southaven Mississippi

I work at the MEM1 Amazon and I ordered my maintenance crew dinner. One plate was left out. When I called they quickly rebutted that we are out of pork. Well there was a email and a phone number on the order. We would have substituted. I guess it was my responsibility to call them to just get a refund. Everyone is fed but one. Way to ruin some ones night with a little bit of laziness.

We had 2 of the pick 3 meats . The sides were potato salad and Mac n cheese. Very small sides but the kicker is the potato salad is so and the mac n cheese tasted like dirty rice! Not good. My turkey salad didn’t come with anything I requested. I can’t believe a BBQ joint has zero onions or carrots? Not impressed and very disappointed on a $91 meal. Not to mention $6 for a small piece of cake. SMH I would add pics but it’s not allowing it
