I was working in Ware Shoals and decided to give this place a try. I ended up eating at Chad’s three times over the course of a week and everything I had was delicious! The fried chicken might be the best I have ever had and the mac n cheese is right up there as well. I was a bit caught off guard with it being cash only but I got past that pretty quickly with the first bite of chicken. Plus they have an atm in the lobby. Last thing, the price is hard to beat. A meat, two sides, tea, and dessert for $9. Wow!

The French fries tasted like they were old and left sitting in old cooking oil and they could do better on getting orders right. They messed up my order twice and I never got my drink . My sandwich was messed up I did not get what I asked for on my sandwich.they need to pay attention to the customers orders .I ask for a Philly steak and cheese With mushroom, ketchup , Mayo. With French fries. If you want inconsistencie in the food you pay for, fries that look crisp but are soggie and greasey or dry over cooked chicken. Go see to Chad’s. Hopefully the new restaurant down by the river will do well and be my new go to.

I usually take out. Sometimes I eat in. The best ALL THE WAY cheeseburger. Their chili cheese fries and hot dogs are great. It takes you back on the old Happy Days/Al’s Diner experience. Great staff. The wait is not long if any at all.

A lunch meal (not a sandwich and fries) which consisted of fried chicken, broccoli w/cheese, mac-n-cheese, cornbread, tea, and cake w/icing for two came in at just under 20 bucks. Served hot right off the line. Smelled so good in my truck I had to roll the window down to keep from slobbering all over my steering wheel. And … It was good. Nap time folks.
