Because of it’s popularity, this Charley’s is always busy. Because of the extended wait times, I had to take away a star 🙁 To their defense, the entire food court stays busy during lunch time, but the cooked-to-order feature makes the wait particularly long. Other than that, be prepared to have HOT food made the way you wanted it!

The one thing you can always look forward to when it comes to fast food is consistency. You order one thing from Augusta, you order the same thing in Clarksville, you get the same thing. That’s the idea. It should be that way with every fast food restaurant. Sadly that’s not the case always but it is here. And it’s pretty darn good.

The food was good but Tiffany who works there is the rudest individual I’ve ever come in contact with. She rolled her eyes and shook her head at me more than once despite me being extremely polite. I had to run away to console my screaming child but my husband was there to finish our order. She is extremely unprofessional and stared me down as I came back to get a packet of ketchup.

Make sure you get your discount when you use your Star Card. I went back up to counter to have them make the correction but the supervisor ended up making the same mistake anyway. I left it as is because I didn’t want to inconvenience other customers due to the error on the part of the staff. Food is as expected.
