The older lady that works there is mean and argumentative. She think she owns the company. She forgot she is an employee. She refused to give us what we want. She is a slow worker, and won’t listen to what we want. She always gives us the wrong order and charge’s us more. I asked several times to talk to the manager but the manager is not there. I would rather go somewhere else if she continues to work here.

Why is it that the staff always feels like its justified to close and refuse customers 30 – 40 mins before closing. They are turning down money left n right. I know that can not be the best interest of the company. This is not an isolated event at all. When I asked the manager why he was doing this He stated to me that he was hot and was ready to go.
