We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I was scammed of $34.05 and have yet to be reimbursed. The store won’t answer the phone and allowed a clearly mental lady try to deliver to me. It was horrible this happened in May and they still have yet to respond. Close the uber eats. The supposedly manager was no where near helpful. I hope this haven’t happened to many others fair warning for the Uber Eaters.

The staff was super friendly, but unfortunately slammed hard with only 3 people working on a weekend shift. The fries were soggy and the chicken was as well. The burgers were mooshy given it took so long to get our 7 combo meal. The staff tried their hardest and were super sweet and apologetic, we ate thankful for their efforts.

On vacation, we decided to try Checkers. We ordered online and had the food delivered as we were without a vehicle. The order was missing a chili dog and one of the burgers was made wrong. I called the store and they told me they would remake it if I could come pick it up. I told them I was without a vehicle and they told me to call Uber back. I told them I had the store deliver my order and I didn’t use Uber. They suggested I call the driver with a provided number from the delivery text and I told them I tried and it was disconnected. They then told me that there was nothing they could. They were friendly the whole time and what food we got was good. I would just caution anyone from ordering anything online.

They are awesome with their service and food with the quickness!!! I have always loved their food and I remember vividly when they helped me BIG time with my car a(t the time) when it was stuck in the drive-thru (this was in 2017 at the Forestville drive-thru.) Everything turned out okay and I as always returned at another time . I do nowadays support the Capitol Heights location though because it’s closer.

The cashier seemed to have a lil attitude and I didn’t get the cheese I requested and paid for on my sandwich or the sauces I asked for. Check your bag before you leave the drive through.
