We had never been and it was empty when we arrived so we went to the drive thru. It was weird ordering from an automated teller and oddly enough it didn’t even get the order complete. The young lady at the window finally came and took our money after correcting the order and went right back to cleaning her area and then just left. I’m sure it was her time to get off but if you took the money you could find the drinks at least. When the food was ready a very nice gentleman brought us our food and after being informed we had no drinks he asked another very nice lady too greet us our drinks, which she did quickly. The food was very hot and delicious. We will be back.

Food was like any other fast food place. Employees where friendly. Atmosphere it was in a old Krystal building. The fish sandwich has the same taste and shape as McDonald’s. (Which I like). Double cheeseburger was ok. Fries are seasoned and good.

So disappointed in the food at Checkers these days. The best item we had was the fries, which were hot and fresh. But they don’t taste as good as they used to. The chicken tenders have potential but ours were cold and old (and expensive–almost $2 per tender!!!). The Cheese Champ burger was inedible; the meat was a weird purplish/grey color and we couldn’t tell if it was cooked through or not. Service was very good and fast though (once we got past the automated order system).

Okay this place needs to get new management or just shut down all together. I’ve ate there on 4 different times every time iv had to wate for about 30 min in the drive through. But my food was as I ordered. So I chalked it to Bing new and short staffing. But today took the cake. Me and my wife were in line for an hour and half. And buy the time we got are food it was completely wrong the only thing that was right was the ice cream. Out of what I had ordered. Witch was 2 big bufferd burgers . A pick 2 combo that was supposed to have spicy chicken and a burger bothe were supposed to have mayo and cheese only. And Large coke with a side of funnel cake fries. And the ice cream. They only got the ice cream right the Reston it was completely wrong. If they can’t do there jobs then shut the doors and take the back to where it came from

I went kind of late. When I arrived there was an intoxicated man stumbling out into the street as I was pulling in. I know the restaurant can’t be blamed for that but it ruins the atmosphere. Fries are great. Burgers are so so. Cheese sticks are pretty darn good. Service was a bit slow even though it was not that busy. I’d like to visit again next time I’m in the area for lunch maybe instead of going late. Seems like the area attracts a lot of people chasing the dragon.

So much for virtual assistant order taker. I ordered 2 single cheeseburgers as pictured (which even has cheese on it) 2 for $4 and a small fry. At the window i get no small fry and I’m charged extra for cheese! $7 for 2 single burgers, no thanks.

First time last time eating here. When you walk in it’s a funny smell. There no pictures on the wall just plan. Before we can pull off my son had to use the restroom. That’s a red flag for me.. The food not all that good. I have to be really really hungry to come back like at late night and might not come then I’ll go to the waffle house.

Consistently inconsistent. I’ve been through the drive-thru 10-12 times since the Chapman Highway location has opened and over over two thirds if the time my order has been made incorrectly. Food is fresh… just not what I ordered. Is AI drive-thru to blame. I don’t know. Either way it’s frustrating.

Stopped by last week & got 4 of the $5 combos. Got home & every burger was fixed wrong. So husband stopped by the next day hoping they would make it right. The manager was rude saying he was trying to get ” free food”. We are very disgusted with this place. We definitely WILL NOT waste our money on their slop, NEVER AGAIN!!
