As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I placed an order for delivery that they offer and charge, but I never received the order, I called immediately to complain and they told me that they were not responsible since the order was marked as delivered and that I have to contact the delivery company. They gave me no proof that it was left at my door, they totally didn’t care about the problem. I lost $45.00 but they lose more because I never buy from that location again.

GrubHub delivery hasn’t worked for this place for months now, but the last time I tried to order from this location, my delivery driver was told that my order never went through, and so she tried to make a new order for us. She said that they then admitted that they had in fact, been dishonest and just wanted to close early. Our driver had to drive to a different location just to get our dinner. The only time I’ve been through the drive-thru, it took 15 minutes and we were greatly debating why we were even bothering anymore.

Went through the drive through and received food so poorly made it wasn’t even edible. Woman working window and taking orders was pretty difficult to understand and had a poor attitude. Had to repeat our order several times at the menu and at the window. Ordered two bacon roadhouse meals, medium with cherry cokes. We received two soggy burgers that were value menu items (small bun with single patty) instead of what we ordered. The fries were barely cooked, they were still frozen in the center.
