I ordered from Uber eats got my food at a timely manner as it was still hot. Carnitas had three bones in them to start, great chocking hazard. What is it with this restaurant and using way too much garlic but nothing has good garlic flavor. Every salsa I ordered was just garlic water. Beans were meh, rice was so bland and had no flavor and an unclean taste. The guacamole and tortillas were alright, hard to ruin those. There is a standard of Latin food that needs to be met and none of them are at this establishment.

I’m sorry but that was the most vile Mexican food I’ve ever tasted. Me and my dad come from down south where Mexican food is abundant. Safe to say we’ve tried authentic, and this was not it. Not only was there dried vomit in the women’s bathroom sink, and no AC, but the food was also school cafeteria grade at best. Stale chips, flavorless salsa, and extremely lime forward sauces. Me and my father couldn’t even finish our plates. We took a few bites and truly attempted to finish it due to our nostalgia craving of home, but decided to just get the check. It was $40 for both of us to leave with half-full stomachs and a fear of what is to follow in the bathroom later. The only highlight was the service. Friendly people to greet and accommodate you, although it was slow for an empty restaurant. Please heed my warning and proceed with caution. I’m sorry if this review is rude or upsetting, but it is truly what we felt during and after our experience.

The BEST Mexican food in Reno, after moving here we’ve been searching and we’ve agreed the search is over. Salsas are delicious, tried a bunch of the meats and they have all been top notch (al pastor and shredded beef are my favorite). The environment is friendly and relaxed, with lovely live plants all around. We’ve dined in and taken out, both equally as delicious with fast service.
