This Chick-fil-a is usually pretty busy, but when we went there wasn’t anyone really in the drive through so that was nice. My mom ordered a grilled sandwich but it came out breaded. My sandwich and fries were pretty good. The sprite tasted like sprite.

I love Chik fil a but had a bad experience here tonight. I ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich meal in the drive-thru. When I got home to eat my meal, I discovered that there was no chicken in the sandwich – just a bun with cheese lettuce and pickles. Imagine paying over $10 for a deluxe meal and not getting any chicken. Unacceptable!!

Went through the drive through and the drinks were supposed to be 3 sweet teas. No big deal I pulled back through the drive through and the guy got on his headset and told the manager and he proceeded to tell me “my manager said she made those drinks herself and they are sweet so I’m not sure what to tell you ” so I went inside and told the girl up front I got 3 unsweetened teas could I trade them out she was nice enough to let me pick something different because they had been out of sweet tea for over an hour. They were out of lemonade as well. I think the manager needs to be a little more honest and tell people they are out of sweet tea instead of just assuming unsweetened is okay and then lying about it. I love Chick-fil-A , but won’t be supporting this one if they basically make it seem like I’m lying when I say I got the wrong drink.

I feel like the service, qa, and speed have dropped dramaticly at this location. I place my orders over mobile and still end up waiting in the stalls for my food. Four of my last six orders have been wrong. The friendly service has gone down.

Had a great meal with a great view of the mountains!! They have some great workers who are genuinely nice (not like a mask at all). Food came out quickly and tasted like chicken. Definitely would come back again. Also many of the workers are bilingual which is very nice!!
