I order a lunch combo at 12pm. When I arrived they charged me $16 for a “dinner size meal” and then told me “they didn’t know what size I wanted” so just proceeded to give me the most expensive size they had after I clearly ordered the “lunch” size specifically for the price. Customer service is horrible and no matter what you order they will give you the most expensive option and say “we didn’t know”. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. They just want your money they don’t actually care about the service or what you asked for.

I would give ZERO STARS! Who ever answers the phone is horrible! She said that her name was Tiffany. She was rude to me the whole time. I ordered 3 meals and was charged for an online order. I called to ask if they received my order because I didn’t receive a confirmation but I was charged. She told me my order would be refunded in 2-5 business days and hung up. She never asked what my order was etc. I called back again to speak with the manager and she told me she’s not here but she’ll give me the same answer. Do I still need to leave a message. Do not patronize this place guys. Horrible people. $45 taken and these guys don’t even care.

Place could use a serious renovation. Store, menu, and chef. Prices are high considering the low quality meat used. The fried rice had no egg that i had to pay an extra $1.50 for and I had to pay $1.50 for online processing. This place is a joke. Ordinarily Id ask for my money back. But i dont feel like wasting the gas to go back to complain. Maybe they will take my advice and waive their extra fees and invest in better quality ingredients.

I made And online order thinking I was making the order from the China king on Eastern Avenue. Where the food is good period that was my mistake. This China king’s food was horrible. The wonton soup, the wontons were not even cooked, and the spare ribs were so tough, they were impossible to eat.

I only order BBQ spare ribs from Chinese take out. China King has The BEST ribs in town. The ribs are appropriately sized and meaty. I’d always make a stop to order this whenever I’m in the area.

The arrival time of the food was on point as it is every other time I place an order for delivery nice and hot and always fresh.
