The portions here are ridiculously small and the restaurant is always dirty. A $13 burrito the size of a dollar bill. Everytime I go here I say “never again” and then 3 months later I’ll give it another shot just to be disappointed. If you want Mexican food, I recommend Burrito Box a few minutes away on 9th Ave.

I went and made a pickup order before I went to my job on 08/24/23 at 4:20pm. I paid $12 just for my bowl to be halfway full. I tried to get a refund but I haven’t even received one. Completely unsatisfied, terrible service.

The food is always amazing…but I can’t help but to feel rushed every time I order my food. The customer service is the worst!!! Today, one of the girls on the line rolled her eyes at me because I told her to put a little bit of fajitas and she put a lot and I asked her kindly to take some out. Her attitude was disgusting…she even got upset because I told her to “hold on” because she was rushing me while I was ordering. I’m never treated kindly when I come here….especially by this particular worker. Smh…

I am pretty sure this is THE WORST managed/run chipotle in the US. Been here three times before and walked out because of the extreme wait, dirty food stations and lack of supplies. The tables are always dirty and everyone is running around with their head cut off not knowing what needs or should be done. I hope that when you crave chipotle, you have A LOT of patience and don’t care if you’re being served with a dirty station because that’s exactly what you’ll get from this.

Went today it was my 3rd time there, all of the employees were talking and being unprofessional instead of paying attention to what they were doing. Obviously they are used to being rude and unprofessional i dont know how they have jobs based on all these reviews its really sad. Tables go uncleaned i dont know how because it is never packed

The first time I came here I got a bowl with white rice, the rice was so salty my food was inedible and I had to throw it out and eat next door. I gave this chipotle another chance because of its convenient location next to my job. I ordered three small sides (to avoid salty rice) and it came up to over $12. For that price they could have at least filled up the side cups. I took two bites of the guacamole and needed to throw it out. It was saltier than their salted white rice, also contained 2 of the black avocado stems which also-are inedible. my eyes watered at how salty it was. Management please get a handle on this. This is very dangerous especially if someone has high blood pressure. Rendering food inedible with salt is not okay. I will not be coming back
