Just left not up to 30 minutes ago, all 3 bowls were made by James and this is quite literally the worst chipotle I’ve ever had. 1 of the bowls was straight up just sour cream and rice, barely any cheese I took 2 bites and there’s literally 3 pieces of meat left in the bowl already. The presentation of the bowls were all horrendous he didn’t even take his time he literally rushed all 3, sour cream is on the side of the bowl in one, same for the guac in another. The portions are so bad and the mountain of sour cream just ruined our appetites the food was insanely cold because of it aswell. Due to him rushing he didn’t even give me the right meat but I didn’t want to bother and just let that go. He was rushing as if the store was packed, then it would’ve been more understandable but there was literally 3 people in the store including someone who was sitting down eating.

Good food, but such bad service that it fell so badly, the employee who was serving food is useless if he doesn’t know how to serve a customer, leave racism aside, as much as he and I need him to work and I need to eat, You have no right to speak ill of anyone, much less a person who comes looking for your food, on the contrary, instead of generating profits, with these attitudes they will lose customers. I think that’s the most important thing they should have, otherwise they lose as a Chipotle restaurant.

I’ve been to several Chipotles but I’m very happy this one is close to my house on Long Island. The folks who work here are always helpful and I love the food, especially the salad bowls and the new chicken al pastor. Excellent place for lunch

This is the second time I had a horrible experience at this location. To start off the workers were so into closing up that they forgot to put in utensils in the bag( Thank goodness I have my own right) Secondly the workers weren’t paying enough attention to see how they were preparing our food because there was a whole AVOCADO PIT in my bowl. Terrible! Do better!

For myself , I never had a issue. The place is clean down to the restroom. Sometimes I have my kid with me. The quality of the food has always been fresh and the cooked just right. I prefer this location over other Chipotle locations I have visited.

Sometimes you can come to this Chipotle and it’s overrun with people. It’s messy and annoying. Sometimes the people making the food seem like they’re burnt out and have been working way too long and need a break. The food is consistently good. I’ve never had any sort of an issue with the food from this establishment. Randomly other customers will make it a difficult experience.

Literally the worst chipotle on the island. Consistently awful, garbage ratio of ingredients and always old meat that’s been sitting. Ordered a double meat burrito and it was 75% rice until i got to the end and found a couple of pieces of meat. All of you should be fired
