I am so angry between doordash and the store location they were no help had to get out my bed after order and paying for delivery to come get the right order and then had to wait and I mean wait the young manager at this location only offered to remake my order the charges they charge is ridiculous to not get what I paid for! He was not trying or wanting to fix my order the attitude behind it all after I paid and had to come to have my food fixed

The staff all look miserable and my burrito had half the contents spilled out. Then the person who was wrapping it looked at it, wrapped it in the aluminum, and gave it to me anyway. I only get 4 things on the burrito and this is the second time he’s done this….

Every time I go to chipotle, they are out of something. It doesn’t matter which location. I will say, this location is better than all the others in the Columbia area. At least I didn’t see any cross contamination at this location while I was here like I have usually seen.

Every table dirty without a single effort to clear during the length of our stay. To top it off, the sourcrram/salsa workstation was filthy and order after order were slid through sourcream and more…handing us all filthy bottom meals. Worker was without a car, couldn’t be bothered with a quick wipe. Something flavorwise in my usual bowl was “off” not mixed well/correctly but husband claims the new Chicken al Pastor was excellent.

Portions are good and I used to come here 2-4 times a week, but apparently they charge $1.45 for a side of anything now, even sour cream! Won’t be coming back, it was nice while it lasted I guess!

I used to really like coming to this Chipotle, however, lately the quality has gone down and so have the portions. The last couple times I have ordered the bowls have barely been filled. Especially since one of the bowls I usually order is a salad, I expect for there to be enough lettuce to fill the bowl. I also order double steak on one bowl and the last two times I’ve gotten it, there hasn’t even been any steak on it. It’s quite frustrating because chipotle is a little more expensive than other places. So, if I pay for extra protein I expect extra protein. I am very displeased with this location.

I ordered some bowls with a drink on the website. My wife went to pick up the food and was told a drink was in the bag. When we checked in the car, there was no drink. So she went back in and the lady gave an accusatory tone that we had stolen the “first” coke bottle. She gave attitude and was unprofessional. Quality control on food pick up is lacking. This isn’t the first time an incident like this has happened.

Coming here is a chore. Not sure if there’s been a change in management, but the constantly running out of key items (i.e. meat, guacamole, fajita veggies), the overflowing trash cans and the consistently late mobile orders gets tiresome. They benefit greatly from the Panera bread next door being absolutely pathetic. They’re not that bad yet, but they seem to be striving for it.
