I’m loosing alot of respect for Chipolte they are trying to take live people out of the equation . Today I ordered online and the order I received was not correct. I called and went online trying to find out how to complain and get them to fix it and all you can find is how to order or verify what you ordered??? I order with no cheese, extra lettuce, and extra fajita veggies and I got more like extra nothing and cheese all over it. They also have me the stump from the lettuce head that all normal people throw in the trash! Of course I was at work at a busy office with no time to drive all the way back and complain in person. I think next time I think twice before ordering from here. What a waste of a $15 meal

My girlfriend picked me up mobile order from this chipotle on her way home and the third bite I took I bit into a giant finger or toenail. I mean this had to have been intentionally ripped off and put in the ingredients – it’s huge. I’m sick to my stomach.

0/10 don’t recommend. First and foremost when we arrived at the counter we ask for a quesadilla the lady has and attitude and states order online not in store. Okay fine if that’s the new way I’m okay with that. So I placed the order online once I receive the order I opened it and the quesadilla literally looked likes flat pancakes. So we go back and advise them that we want to return it and get a bowl and she has an attitude. Once the exchange is done an officer who is in front of us ask for an officer discount provides his badge with his photo and the lady advise him she can’t give him the discount because he is not in uniform. Her excuse was because she has to make sure he is a real police officer not to mention he is showing her his physical badge with a photo of him in uniform. They gave him such a hard time that the customer behind us paid for the officer meal because they refuse to give him the discount. This was the first and last time I’ll ever visit this location. It cost $0 to be nice to others you never know what a friendly smile can do for someone.

i got charged for a barbacoa but it was a veggie bowl. showed the team after them not believing so they finally gave me a tiny side portion of barbacoa. love chipotle just disappointed in this service. do get their guacamole tho. will have to check out cava.

This is probably the worst Chipotle in Atlanta. I’ve been to hundreds of Chipotles in the U.S. and this one definitely stands out. Their food is consistently not up to standard, it’s almost as if they use different recipes here. Everything just tastes… off, and their lettuce is almost ALWAYS rotten (see pictures). The place is also dirty with spilled food all over the serving station. Oh and they’re extremely slow, probably 80% slower than your standard Chipotle. Also, check out the dry cracker-like tortilla I received on the side during my last visit.

Dirty. Not a single table was clean, floors are filthy. Ordered double steak and got meager amount. 3 tacos for 17 bucks with a water. Place is a joke. Chipotle has lost it.

This chipotle is horrible, the staff are very rude, a lot of them are stoned, and they can never get an order right. I did mobile order for steak a bowl with sour cream and instead I got corn… I would like to see this location go out of business and see something cool or useful be put in this location. This is a terrible establishment do not got here.

We have ordered from this Chipotle several times and half of the orders have been incorrect. Consistently the order is missing chips and/or dips. When we try to call to speak with the restaurant you’re unable to get through. The recording blames it on the delivery service but oddly this is the only restaurant who fails to get the delivery correct. Do better, do not blame it on the drivers. Take accountability for your failure. We are done ordering from this establishment.

I eat Chipotle a lot. Probably multiple times a week and this is by far the best chipotle I have ever been to. I will drive out of my way to go to this one because the food is always consistently good and it is managed professionally .
