Food was excellent, as always. But this location had some pretty unfriendly faces. We were served by a Peruvian woman who looked at us weird and was asking some weird questions. Not what you would expect at a restaurant. And especially with the look it was accompanied by. Aside from that, food was good, bathrooms were clean, prices were okay, seats and tables were clean, trash cans were emptied.

I placed an online order on the Chipotle App and when I got home I noticed there was absolutely no chicken in both the bowls I ordered. I couldn’t find one piece. This location often under services portions (especially between 4-6pm, maybe shift change & don’t want to cook more meat) which I let it go every time but to not put anyyyyy protein at all is absurd. Reported it and got a code for 2 free bowls. Happy about that but this location needs to be better supervised on employee’s being lazy.

I placed an order online from chipotle website for delivery and upon arrival half of my order was missing. This is not the first time this happens at this location, if it’s not the sides then it’s the salad dressing or an entire entree missing. And every time there is an issue we have to drive to the store according to your employees Johanna and samara . They also said that in order to get a refund I need to contact corporate. This is truly unfair because we are ordering and spending more money ordering delivery for my order to be incomplete. I complained 3 years ago about this location and nothing has obviously been done to make this better. DO NOT GO THERE!

By far the worst location in the area, if you have the choice to please go to another franchise. Every time I go their portions are extremely small except for the low-cost items such as pico-de gallo, I had a bowl that barely had any rice, beans, and chicken but had an absurd amount of pico to try to make the bowl look bigger. I ordered a kids meal as well and was given about 75% of the portions of the items provided in it. I personally love Chipotle and the two stars I have provided are because the food tastes like Chipotle, everything about this location is terrible and it is extremely evident that they are trying to keep costs down by serving extremely small portions, again if you have the choice to DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

I always go here to order a bowl and a quesadilla. I started with the quesadilla which the guy told me it is now only online. I asked if there was any exception they could make just this one time since I way already there and I didn’t have connection on my phone to download the app but his manager said no in a very rude way. She didn’t even try coming to talk to me or accommodate me as a customer of the restaurant. I then continued to order my bowl. I usually get chicken Al pastor which they had very little and seemed as if it had been sitting there for a while, I asked if they had a fresh batch coming out soon and the guy answered no when chipotle didn’t close for another 2 hours. I then asked for queso in my bowl, they put 1/4 of the actual serving size. I had to ask if they can put some more because they were charging me extra for the queso she then continued to say that it was being cooked and I had to wait. I then paid and went outside so I can get some reception and order the quesadilla through the app. I ordered at 8:25 and It said pick up was at 8:40, I didn’t get my food until 9pm and the quesadilla that I got was not the quesadilla I usually get when I would order it in person. Bottom line is they have horrible customer service and some staff members need to do better

I have been coming to this chipotle for years and for the past year I’ve been extremely dissatisfied and disgusted. I wish I could have taken of picture of how there people kept the food area and toppings, it looked like someone had a good fight in there. Along with EVERY single table inside was completely filthy. I’m not one to write comments about restaurants but I really do believe this location needs a MAJOR management UPGRADE. I don’t care how busy you are that is no excuse to be FILTHY.
