DO NOT ORDER FOOD THROUGH THE APP AT THIS STORE!! I’ve had to request a refund from DoorDash multiple times from this location. The last time I ordered Chicken tacos and the ingredients were completely outside of the shells. Also, the last time I went inside the employees were passing around a cat. Not sure what that was about but trust me steer clear of this location! Drive the extra few miles to Polaris or Lewis Center locations!

Avoid ordering from this location! Ordered food for work on Saturday and they completely shorted EVERYONES order! A quarter scoop of ri in everyone’s bowl, no cheese or fajitas IN ANY BOWL! and gave us no indication that these items were out! Place was empty too. Never eat at this location.

My wife went to get us chipotle and I ordered a burrito that burrito was mainly beans and rice I asked for steak I got maybe a quarter cup of it. Like y’all raised y’all’s prices but skimp on meat? Y’all must be hurting with inflation. On top of that y’all’s salsa always have way too much cumin. I wonder if they serve the right amount of meat that should be on a burrito would that come out the employees check. Yes I would know how much meat should be in a burrito we because I’m Mexican American and we invited that S#%+. Get it together Chipotle and Management.

No napkins or knifes…food not bad. Brown rice notcooked enough. When my husband went to the men’s room, no towels. Not a very good reflection on all the guys working at the food station. Trash overflowing…bunch of employees sitting at the table (6). I think there was a meeting but still…the girls were filling orders and trying to keep up. Some of the guys were filling orders. I am rarely one to complain about food. I work in the food industry, and I understand that sometimes things can be off. But tonight, I had what might have been the worst experience I have ever had at a Chipotle. I ordered a chicken bowl, and the chicken was nothing but gristle. The rice, which is supposed to have cilantro and lime, had neither of those, and the bites I got of it were clumped together and just mushy. The two cashiers up front were both hitting their vapes out in the open. I am a smoker, and I know what a vape looks like. You can not do it in front of me and expect me not to notice. I don’t expect a refund or anything. I simply want to point out what was awful service, and a very bad experience in this restaurant. I will not be returning to this location, not after I had to throw out my meal after four bites.

Had chipotle twice today, once for lunch and once for dinner. My order for dinner was pretty bland tonight. Rice was more clumped up. I never get my extra rice or beans when I order in the afternoon. My lunch order was spot on. I couldn’t even finish it with how much extra rice and beans they give me. Will be ordering in the lunch again but never for dinner at this location.

This has been my go-to chipotle location. I ate here Easter weekend and got food poisoning. I emailed the Health Department. I’d expect food poisoning from a gas station T-Bell at 1am, but not Chipotle. Spare yourself and go to a different location.
