Came in at 8:30, they were acting like they were closing. No one on the grill, food was obviously there for hours. When I asked for fajitas I saw an empty container and a non-plus server that effectively just shrugged it off. No attempt to have me wait for a fresh batch like most chipotle’s, nothing. When I got to the cashier, to my left where they prepare to-go’s, I saw a worker covering him self with to-go stickers. I kid you not. They were all over his uniform, his hat, and started to put them on his face. I thought I was was being pranked. The workers in the back seemed like they were partying more than working. I’ve been coming here for years and even worked here for a period of time and the service has always been solid. The problem isn’t the young workers because I was young when I worked there it’s obviously the management that has no expectation for them. Do better

Ordered through door dash ordered a burrito bowl extra chicken, guacamole extra cheese extra sour cream. Got my meal totally disgusting no extra chicken no guacamole and gave me lettuce I didn’t even ask for. Spent my whole lunch period going back to this location. Explained my issue they made my order again Asian lady in there dude as hell trying to rush me out of there. You guys are horrible i wish I show a pic of what I got served

This is probably one of the best chipotle I’ve been to! They usually get your order right and they always stuff your burrito full of food, which I love. They occasionally miss adding in the sauce for a salad bowl but that’s my only real complaint. The employees aren’t as friendly as they could be but they are always nice. However try not to come close to closing because they tend to run out of things especially white rice. I recommend ordering online for that’s a seamless process, and has done wonders for me. Despite its flaws I do love this location. I’ve come for years and will continue coming here.

This location used to be a lot better. Lately the wait times have become about 20 minutes minimal when you walk in the door. Unfortunately, this is because of the speed of the staff. They are pleasant to interact with, but seem greatly overworked. I just spent about 15 minutes in line, and there were only about 4 or 5 people ahead of me when I walked in. As far as I could tell, they did not get much. When I got to the front to place my order that took another 10 minutes until I was able to pay and get my food.

This is a conglomeration of many visits in the last month. I actually stopped going to this location because of how bad it had gotten. I went back tonight as I was in a time crunch and it’s closer to my house. Disappointed again. They were only taking online orders. So I show up in person and am not able to get food unless I walk out of the restaurant and order on my phone. That makes no sense. Usually my complaint is about the chips. They will only sell them to online orders. You can go thru the line and order a bowl, get to the chips and be told that they can’t sell them to you. If I go past 7pm at night, they are running low on many items. They are understaffed. So sick of being disappointed. Do better.
