The DIRTIEST chipotle I’ve ever been to. This place seems to only employ kids who seem to get annoyed to have to any actual work. There was food on EVERY single table . Yet the place was completly empty.. garbage cans out in the middle of the restaurant and overflowing. But all employees wanted to do is talk. I know chipotle is fast food, but come on man. The place is empty for a reason.

Chipotle is by far my favorite fast food restaurant. I came here after work and got a burrito bowl as usual and sat inside. The line went super fast and the food was delicious. My only comment on the negative side was that the guy plating the food had a bit of an attitude and seemed like he didn’t want to be there. This location has outdoor seating which is nice. The water at the fountain drink was chill and refreshing. Overall I had a great experience here, except for that small issue with the employee.

I placed a catering order to serve 10 people (Build Your Own: Triple) and was supposed to receive 3 meat selections (steak, chicken, and carnitas). Instead I received all of the salsas and condiments along with 2 small containers of chicken-filled only halfway. I realized this when I got home and had guests arriving. I called the local number only to speak with a national customer service hub. The gentleman was very cordial but could only offer me some sort of compensation after a claim was submitted to the customer service department. He explained that there was no way for me or for him to directly contact the business. The local number takes you to the hub. In order for me to remedy the situation, I would have to drive back to the Chipotle and explain the missing meat situation to them. I had guests in my house ready to eat. There was no time to drive back, complain, and wait for them to prepare the meat. I ended up calling Las Palmas in Westmont. They not only answered their own phone, they immediately provided me with delicious steak, beef and chicken that a friend was able to pick up for me. We will never patronize the Chipotle at 300 E. Ogden Ave in Westmont again and will definitely stick with Las Palmas who answer their phone, are eager to help their customers out, and provide delicious food.

Portions aren’t completely satisfying depending on who served. There sometimes workers, when they seem in a bad mood they serve you little. Just be polite and completely clear, and they be nice to you and sometimes serve you better

World’s worst Chipotle, but closest to the house. We shun it after poor and slow service, missed items, etc., but then give it a chance now and again. If anything, they are consistent. Consistently bad.

Waited for 10 minutes to order, (2 people in front of me) The guy behind the counter was more interested in the 2 girls in front of me piling on the rice and chicken in their bowl – FYI these girls were together and obviously friends with the guy behind the counter. Then the next lady he skimped on all of her items. My turn for the chicken bowl, guy barely put any rice or chicken in the bowl, got the salsa and corn salsa toppings, then asked for cheese and lettuce. To find out they were out of cheese!!!! Was told not sure when they would have anymore cheese and expected me to continue with my order!!!! You don’t get a discount for not getting certain items. I told him to forget it and I don’t want the order and then acted like I was overreacting!! Wish I would have read all of the other reviews and gone to the one in Downers Grove!! This was 2 hours before closing.
