Ordered two bowls and one was perfect, but the other had many faults. I paid extra for the new garlic guajillo steak and received chicken, which I do not eat poultry so this was a huge issue. You can tell the difference in the meat in photos; each bowl was to have the garlic guajillo steak. I also had no rice and the wrong style of beans. Disappointing….. I guess I need to order in person and make sure I watch like a hawk.

Today myself and my co-worker went into Chiptole (K7 & Santa Fe) with a total of 19 seperate orders for a training and the entire team was amazing!!! They got all of the orders correct with drinks, they all had great attitudes and were very helpful. They made providing lunch a breeze for this training. I am very happy to leave this review thank you to the manager on the shift, the district manager and especially all of the crew workers! Great Job and Thank you soo much!

Honestly I will not be going to this location again. The first lady asking me for my order was super nice and smiling. She was suddenly brushed aside by a rude lady who was impatient, rude and not listening to what I wanted. I asked for adobo chicken and recieved a monstrosity of extremely spicy chicken. It was gross. Everyone else was super nice but not the one person who seemed like I was bothering her with my presence.
