If I could give this place negative stars I would! Complete mess everywhere. The drink counter, food assembly line and tables. The person threw food in everyone’s bowls not even watching how much. Filled the bowl full of rice then put tons of salsa. I didn’t want a salsa with some rice. I wanted a normal bowl. My 2 build your own kids meals were so full of rice the side lid wouldn’t even go on. Instead of removing some he just smashed the big lid on and left my kids meals cracked open to pour out in the bag. On top of all that they had no chips and when told they only had fruit it was a joke! A tiny orange the size of a quarter uncut and looking rotten it was so bruised. This place needs help from district manager now!

First of all, this Chipotle is NEVER friendly or nice when I visit. When I entered this location, there wasn’t a line. I was the only individual in line and it still took 2-3 minutes for a team member to greet me. The guy (caucasian male with long hair in a low bun), greets me and asked what he can get started for me and I responded 2 hard tacos. Right as he went to grab the container where they keep the hard taco shells, I asked him “do you mind to change your gloves?” He dropped the container with an attitude, as if I asked him something that was inappropriate. After he changed my gloves, he begin preparing my order, however he made it very messy and the cashier rushed me. There wasn’t a line for her to rush me. This is the 2nd time I’ve had a not so pleasant experience at this location and do NOT plan on returning the next time I want Chipotle. I sure hope a member of management sees this review.

Black lady doing to-go orders on 04/17/23 around 4:10pm was extremely rude and does not look like she wants to work there, she should be fired then. I went to pick up my to-go order and she did not even greet me or ask what I needed, she just stared at me with a mean look as if she was waiting for me to say something. Next, I did not know she put my drink cup in the bag and I told her my order comes with a drink and she rudely told me “well if you look inside your bag you will see the cup” as if I was supposed to know that already? Very rude and unwelcoming, that lady needs to either be fired or learn some customer service skills.

Having to wait a while behind only one person in line. Staff seemed very indifferent to customers. Staff wasn’t very friendly. Talking under their breath when choosing food. Also they gave out very small portions.

Second visit for lunch. I work in the area and generally like Chipotle. But both visits to this location have been before lunch rush and both times the employees couldn’t seem to wrap the burrito. When this happens, they dump the contents from the old tortilla into a new one, but a lot of the food gets lost. And because the food is now blended together, it loses a lot of the taste. They need to train staff better or find a better remedy.

I’d give zero stars if I could. It’s always something with this location. This time I drive all the way back home just to find out my chips and queso aren’t even in the bag, and I had to drive back to get it (gas costs more than the queso and chips). Ontop of that when I was leaving and went to open my car door a chipotle employee pulled up into the spot I was standing in and almost hit me with her car. Then started cussing at me when I gave her a “wtf” look. Get better employees.

Honestly if I could give this place 0 stars I would. I came in to pick up my online order and let’s Just say 1. I wasn’t greeted the black lady with dreads didn’t say anything no hi no are you picking up. NOTHING. She was the only one at the front at the time. I asked was my cup inside the bag she then stated it should be with a nasty attitude. She seems to really dislike her job and I dislike that she has to work there. This is not the first time she has shown attitude. I asked for corporate email and a young like went to the back to get it and the rude late walked to the back to tell her not to and to give it to me I need to call 1800-chipotle. Lol I also asked for sour cream 4 times she never responded some guy came from the back to give it to me. Chipotle I’m pretty sure you have no clue a lady like that is representing your company and wanted to make you aware. I’m so disappointed.

Yuck this food was so cold! And the chicken tasted like it wasn’t cooked all the way and the food was salty. My boss ordered 7 bowls and came back to the office in no time. He ordered at the location so the food should have been still hot. We all had incorrect orders and my boss is very precise about things. I honestly think he was given the wrong order because even his bowl was not right. This place should be ashamed. You know food is not hot when the cheese does not melt at all. Some of us had to pick stuff off. Some of us couldn’t stomach it because the saltiness and the chicken not being thoroughly cooked through.
