I visited Chipotle last night 6/4/23 to pick up dinner. I visit this location often I was so disappointed. I have never came across any issues with this location. First off the customer service was not friendly they seem like they have been over worked, the counters where they prepare our orders was messy with left over food that was scooped out and left behind it was all over the counters, no fresh food ready the clerk was scraping the bottom of the containers that held the queso, and the brown rice I had to request fresh queso, and brown rice. I wanted it to be fresh not been scraped from the bottom of the container and then top it off once I got home the tortilla chips were very stale. What a bad experience I usually don’t complain but I had too I feel for the customers who order online or delivery they have no idea how their order is being processed.

Ordered a burrito bowl and this is what I found when I got back to work. Literally half my bowl is missing. The absolutely laziest and unacceptable order I’ve EVER received from any restaurant.

Waited over an hour and my food was not ready, even though my app said my order was ready. The employees had locked the front doors saying they were closed and didn’t let the customers in the restaurant know. Huge fire safety violation right there. A young Hispanic lady was very disrespectful to me for no reason. I was checking the bags to see if my order was ready since the app said it was and she yells at me for doing so. This store should really consider training their employees for anger and stress management. I understand that there can be stressful days but the young lady’s attitude and disrespectfulness was unacceptable. Chipotle, do better. Don’t tell a customer that their food is ready when in fact it is not.

Placed an order online 12:15 pm and was expected for pick up at 12:50pm. However when we got there the food was not ready. I don’t mind waiting a couple of minutes but we didn’t leave until just now. 1:27pm. Really disappointing to see chipotle in this downward spiral of not caring for their customers and not being adequately prepared in a timely manner.

I was inside the lobby ordered my food, but I was given the wrong food at the check out I was paid for my food which is double the price of the regular standard food and what I got is someone else’s food that was just rice, beans and meat no other items. I did what I could call the store give them my card number. The total of the transaction came out of my bank account. I was placed on hold for 10 minutes. She came back and couldn’t find my transaction. My fault I wasn’t even given a receipt. I did an Apple Pay. The lady comes back and tells me I don’t find your transaction and I can’t confirm that you were in the store you can stop by in person. This was just a bad experience all around because here I am thought that I could call someone because I already made it back to my work. I drove to pick up my own food and I drove back and I can’t make it until after work, but how am I supposed to show up with food that was ordered six hours ago with the hope that they will except it. What makes it worse is that she hang up the phone on me without coming into resolution. I don’t really care at this point for the money or the food I care about the way I was treated it’s not fair.

I used to love coming to this restaurant for a quick bite, but my recent experiences have been disappointing. The food quantity has decreased even though the price has gone up, which feels like a rip-off. Additionally, the restaurant consistently gets my order wrong and keeps missing something like guacamole on my veggie order.

Got there just before they closed at 11pm, late as most locations don’t stay open past 10pm. Quite pleased to see while they were winding down they never refused to make anything (and it was a basic order) on account of the time and beginning to break things down. Still very happy to see me even if I was the guy a few minutes before closing. Would return!

We ordered 2 Burrito Bowls with Carnitas and Chicken. The food was good and made the way we asked. The team serving our bowls were very friendly. Seating was closed on some tables to promote social distancing. We sat outside on the patio area.

I definitely didn’t enjoy my first visit to this location. I was sitting in the mobile order pick up line car #7 in line too 10 minutes for the car #1 to pull off. My order was expected to ready by 1:20. I was in line at 1:18 and didn’t drive away until 1:37. This was very much ridiculous. I would give this place 4 thumbs down! last my brisket was burnt and didn’t taste well at all!
