This is my first time trying chipotle and I was honestly very underwhelmed. I bought a bowl with no extra add ons and a small drink that totaled to $17.01 the food was not bad, however I just don’t think it was worth the price. I would say that is the only bad thing as the rest of the experience was great! Clean restaurant and friendly staff!

Chipotle’s prices have gone up but the food’s still good and worth the money. Conveniently located at the Sierra Vista mall among lots of other restaurants and retail outlets and the Sierra Vista Cinemas 26. Highly recommend!

The last 2 times I’ve came the rice has been hard and the barbacoa has been small servings with a lot of fat. I had to throw away my bowl that was $11 now. I’d rather drive out further to the fresno state location or the other clovis location even though I live close to this location.

service was SLOW. even when the line wrapped around to the bathroom, employees had a complete lack of urgency. the food was good, and of course people love chipotle so they’re going to come, but this is some of the worst service i’ve seen from one. employees do NOT care about actually being efficient.

It was about 8-8:30pm when my daughter and I went here. I could not believe how filthy the place was, the glass or sneezeguards were so dirty, the food area was dirty, sloppy. I couldn’t tell if there was a manager there. Because of the condition I was guessing not. The employees looked miserable.

I’m not good with even mild spicy (ulcers) so, to me, it’s either too spicy, or it tastes like wet cardboard. My son and daughter in law love it and their 1 year old has no problem with it, so it’s definitely me.

The food at chipotle is always good but the employees are paying more attention to gossiping about other customers right in front of you and not paying attention to your order so you have to repeat it multiple times and they are very slow. I don’t really wish to hear how “ugly or stupid” they think someone is who just purchased something from them. This is so unprofessional. Not the first time I’ve heard this and other customers in line with me were insulted by their behavior aswell, will be looking for another chipotle to take my business to.
