When walking to eat here one should understand that it is a fast-food niche place where you can have a decent meal for $10-15 per person. So the majority of the things are prepared in advance by multiple people and served depending on the person‘s mood and whether he/she likes you or not). I was lucky today) – dressed nice, did not hurry, remained in a good mood although I wad super hungry. The place I was initially planning to eat at, had a computer system glitch. So I came next door to have a Mexican lunch here: a bowl with brown rice, + fillings were my choice.

My recent visit to Chipotle in Pleasant Hill left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. They were out of lettuce, which is a fundamental ingredient in most of their dishes, but the real issue was their lack of communication and refusal to offer any substitutes. It’s inconceivable that a restaurant of Chipotle’s caliber could fail so miserably in basic customer service. To make matters worse, the young, tall black girl at the counter was incredibly rude, showing no consideration for customers and displaying a disheartening lack of professionalism.

Unfortunately I stopped eating Chipotle after this visit been a couple of years. Too many pieces in the meat that you cannot chew and this is at any location I’ve visited. Authentic Mexican food is far better.

last visit i saw the manager freshly sharpen a knife and immediately start cutting chicken without cleaning it off. also saw an employee drop a BLACK MARKER in the salsa and didn’t replace it because they were “running low in the back”.

Ordering ahead with the Chipotle app has been disappointing lately. For examples, the staff gives my order to someone else before I arrive to pick it up, or the printer that prints out app/web orders doesn’t print out my order. When I arrive for pickup, my order has not been prepared, staff is unaware that it exists. Then I have to wait while they get around to squeezing my order into the queue. Tonight was the worst experience yet; ordered a chicken bowl with Guacamole through the app, called ahead to confirm that they got my order and that it would ready when I arrived. When I picked up my order, I noticed that it felt light and said so. When I opened it up, the chicken and Guacamole weren’t there! I asked for a refund an was informed that they were unable to help me, since it was a app/web order and to do so through the website. I’m done with the Chipotle app orders for a while. I guess I’ll order in person instead.

Ordered a 22oz of agua fresca using Grubhub and just got an empty cup in my delivery. Driver said they asked if there was a drink in the order and they said no.

Never order online from this location. They will never give you an extra portion unless you watch them do it. Check out my extra steak bowls woth extra cheese and extra salsa. Screwed me two times this past month.

Wife ask for double rice because she is allergic to beans and the server told her she couldn’t do that, every chipotle place we go they always give us the choice but this one in particular seems to have problems few weeks ago we stop right when they open and they didn’t have any rice cooked and they didn’t know how long would take, anyway empty plate for a 10dolar meal
