I always love chipotle! Happy to have one in the area. My go to order : carnitas burrito with pinto beans, corn salsa and guac. The online pick up order is chaotic during rush times and it’s rough getting out of there parking lot with the blockage. But it’s worth the food

I went there and ordered a burrito guacamole and chips. After tax it was supposed to cost 20.04 the girl at the register charged me 29.04 I gave her a $10 bill and then said your new tottal is 20.04 as to then I paid that total w Apple pay. I then returned for my receipt because $30 for a burrito and chips is not reasonable. So she proceeds to give me a receipt that was not mine that had someone elses card number on it and no cash payments. So the solution was to return to my Apple Pay the 20.04, they kept my $10 cash. And in return made me Apple Pay for my meal again? Make that make sense. I paid a total of 34.59 for one burrito and chips and guacamole. -10/10 do not recommend.

Walked-in and door was stuck open. I was third in line. 5 people visible from my line. 1 worker taking care of customers, 3 working in the kitchen preparing food, and 1 guy just standing at the register. Unsure why this 1 person was not helping the other by preparing food for the next customer. Missing a bin for just tomatoes, instead needed to ask for the pico de gallo as a result, as it was the only thing with tomatoes in it. It was prepared with WAY TOO MANY onions! Is there a shortage of tomatoes??? Ordered a side of chips and queso. The cheese was fine, but the bag of chips did not taste fresh, and there were so few in the bag. $5, too much! Went to get a fork on the way out, but the forks and spoon bins were all empty. Only knives, so I asked for a fork. Notice the garbage bin over-flowing by the front door. They look like they were just mobbed with 100 customers, but there were only 2 sitting down. Short handed???

Have always enjoyed chipotle, but as of today, don’t think I’m going back to this one. The “employee” Selena, or whatever her name is, was being rude and disrespectful, rolling her eyes at my dad for being Mexican, he asked her in a politely way to add a bit more on his bowl since there was barely any. She turned back and pretended to add more, sighing and talking back to my dad. She thinks she’s all tough, and when asked to talk to the manager, he just left it off at my dad and didn’t do anything by the way the manager is white with a long beard. Don’t know why people go to work if they don’t like, leave your problems at home and don’t take it on to other people. No one cares about your life. Take care of it yourself. And if you don’t like your job or any job, just don’t work at all.

It seems that this location can’t get orders correct. I ordered double meat but it was so little meat it seemed like a vegetarian order with accidental meat in there. Disappointing to pick up an order then get home to discover the employees can’t follow the items on a simple order. Such a waste of money to pay for double and get less than a standard order. Hard pass on this location from now on.

I was excited that Chipotle opened here and since they opened I’ve come at least once a week to eat. The last few times I’ve come to get a bowl I’ve noticed that they aren’t really getting filled much. If I’m paying $12+ I’d hope there’s more in my bowl than it being half filled. When I asked why it seems that it’s being filled less lately the reply was “it depends on who is making it”. Well can I have the person who is heavy handed with the making of bowls??? Or can I get a discount because my bowl weighs less than usual? It’s been disappointing to come here and spend $15 for what looks like it’s worth maybe $10.
