The most ghettoest non customer service place ever. First coming in the teenage boy looked so miserable and mad he didn’t greet, smile nor give directions I didn’t know what he wanted me to do. The games were messed up and cheating not giving tickets the most unrealistic games ever. It just was devastating that the animal electronics weren’t there anymore also there were some games that did not work and one the employees at the front desk had her air-pod in and keep saying, “hold on let me get my manager.” The whole time we were trying to get our tickets.

Horrid experience. Very expensive menu to not be notified when it is ready. pizza was not the promised size. Then the crew is going to have an attitude when you tell them to remake it because it had been sitting there. Also right at 9pm they just shut off all the lights. Wow.

Went to Chuck E. Cheese near Cincinnati for a Birthday Party for my 4 year old Granddaughter. Service was amazing. Social distancing was observed & mask wearing was required unless we were eating in the party area… There was only a handful of people present in different areas than where we were at. I only wish that the Chuck E. Cheese robotics would have been programed to sing HBD to our special girl being that Chuck E. Cheese couldn’t come to sing HBD because of the pandemic…The kids had a Great Time in a public place, which is rare for times like these! Great Job Chuck E. Cheese! I would definitely recommend Chuck E. Cheese because of great service & great social distancing in place!

The place reeked of Marijuana thanks to customers not caring about the little ones and vaping right in front of everyone….the staff were constantly on there phones instead of attending to the coustomers….the pizza and wings were great but didn’t have a to go box for our daughters birthday cake we bought from them…..will never go there again…..
