I thought I would hate coming here. Boy was I wrong. This place is nothing like the creepy 1980s CEC of my youth. This restaurant was well lit, immaculate, and all the games worked. My kids had an absolute blast. Definitely coming back here for my birthday in a few months.

Was my first time going and, it was nothing like I heard. I heard it was overly packed, dirty and gross (from people who went 8+ years ago). The place was clean, service was amazing, games were fun and there wasn’t a problem child/adult around. ONLY reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I’m very claustrophobic haha. I felt the birthday area seating was a bit too close together and some games had you back to back with others. I think I’ll be going again tho!

This place truly does deserve 5 stars for service. When we went there the employees were so super helpful, they went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy and that the kids had a great time. The place was really clean and it was a great environment. The only thing I was disappointed about was the lack of quality when it came to the food. The Pizza was definitely not as good as I remember when I was a kid. But even with that said, everything else was so good that I will definitely be taking my nieces and nephews back to there again.

honestly this is the best place to have a birthday party sure it’s expensive, but the kids have so much fun that it’s worth for me. They get pizza, unlimited drinks, 2 hours of unlimited play, goody bags, ticket blaster. it’s great. plus I don’t have to clean up the party afterwords!

My family and I had an over all decent time at this Chuck E Cheese. We’ve been to several over the years an I can honestly say the location in burlington is one that my family an I will return to in the future. The employees were very professional an polite. Theres a variety of games to play for kids an adults.

The place looks great inside, a bit unsure from outside. Party was good, a bit unorganized. Host was super nice, but her male coworker could use some manners, and better customer service skills, super rude. The food tasted great, a bit pricey. Sorry to say the cake looked delicious, but was dried out. Overall a great place for the family to have fun. Steer clear of the rude guy and bring your own cake. The rest is ice cream

Had my daughter 4th bday here, never again. The staff was so rude, the service was awful, they didn’t have the cake we ordered online, they argued with us about drinks we paid for, constant miscommunication about food orders but no apologies. They called the kids to the table and brought out 1 small pizza out of 7 we ordered. The kids sat and waited for 15 mins. I finally went back to the kitchen to ask what was going on, and our “helper” was back there picking his nose.
