Not so good. That Church’s Chicken flavor wasn’t there. The chicken was very BLAND. Not even the gravy on the potatoes had flavor. Only thing that was good was the biscuits. Oh! and the Mac N Cheese was OVER COOKED pasta was mushy. You have to order from outside. there is no Dine-In/ Order indoor. The outside looked not so clean and the restaurant had NO siding on the roof or front of the restaurant.

Church’s is my chicken of choice. But my experiences hasn’t been the same. All the deals prices has increased and the amount of food has decreased. The chicken is still hot and delicious but for a 12 piece meal with two sides And biscuits of 6. And okra being premium side my bill was $34.45. when this same meal was $22.95 just 2 years ago and okra not being a premium side LMBO! Church’s isn’t my chicken of choice anymore. HOME is!!! Ridiculous Church’s really!

Its a shame when you can’t use coupons from Churches website. I asked for the gravy to be on the side, instead of on my mashed potatoes and I guess this was an issue. Drive home and it’s gravy over my mashed potatoes. Unacceptable

I understand that they are understaffed but need to do better with customer service, I received my cup wit a broken lid so when it was handed to me the lemonade spilled all over me and my car, I proceeded to say it was ok because mistakes happen and I hope she didn’t Purposely give it to me knowing the lid was broken. I also asked for extra Creamy Jalapeño sauce and Ketchup to come with both of my 5 pc combos and only got 3 Creamy Jalapeño sauces but no Ketchup. Please do better this store has so much potential to be better and it’s the little details like that, that make people want to keep coming back no matter the wait if you have a great service experience. I’m not happy with the service today and hope for a better future for the employees.

Runs out of food before 9pm even though they close at 10pm. It’s very dark and creepy at night. Drive through lights are always off. Made to look like it’s closed but it’s not.

I got two 5 piece spicy tenders w 2 tenders on the side every tender was hard as rocks my 4 year old refused to eat them an they cut my gums up trying to eat them. Christian V refused to refund me or write my name down in the book being that i live in summerlin and was grabbing food omw home she said i can give you 8 but not all 12. I spent over $30 for food we couldnt eat had to order pizza never go to this franchise

Poor Customer service from their manager. Served us really dry chicken. It must have been left out for hours. I Had the receipt and asked for a replacement and they refused. Didn’t even try and make things right.

This Church’s location has become a lot better in regards to speed of orders. Accuracy has been good as well, rarely have an issue with an order being placed. My son likes Church’s, so that’s the reason I go. I’m not a fan of any fried chicken,but I will say the honey biscuits are so good and always warm!
