UPDATE: I did return and requested the same meal and asked that the chicken be freshly done. The chicken was much, much better. It was well-cooked, juicy, and crispy. So, obviously that is the key. Make sure your chicken hasn’t been sitting awhile. It did take about 20 minutes, and in the end, it was worth it.

Worst chicken sandwich I have ever had from a Churches. I waited in a line of one person in front of me and it took 30 minutes to get a chicken sandwich that was cold and pink like raw texture in center (unstable in the trash). Ridiculous! Out $ 9.76 and no lunch today. Never ever again. 4/26/2023.
