I enjoyed my buffalo chicken wrap. My sweet potato “fries” were served cold, but my wife’s were hot, even though they were served at the same time, so that was odd. They are much better hot. I love that the nutritional information is front and center. I will be picking up a few of their frozen meals to keep around for when I’m too lazy to cook. Prices are very reasonable.

Our family’s go to restaurant that is delicious and still helps us stay on track. Their fresh and frozen meal prep really helps with our busy schedule and still have healthy meals for the week. My favorite is the build your own bowl and my husband loves the Arnold. My kids love the pizza rolls. Highly recommend!

This is the small bowl. Rice noodles, chicken, corn & black beans, green peppers, and zucchini. Teriyaki sauce and sweet chili seasoning. I also had a smoothie that I couldn’t finish because the vanilla protein powder overpowered the taste.

First time investing in this businesses. Too spicy to consume on the buffalo cauliflower. I had to remove the breading or whatever they are dipped in. Fries were a disappointment due to being flimsy and chewy with a bad taste of oil. Wouldn’t purchase again. Cheesecake Factory has phenomenal sweet potato fries I really thought you couldn’t mess up fries but you can I see that now. The shake wasn’t good with the only option of vanilla in a mango smoothie is not a good taste. Sadly I had to toss the majority of my food which I don’t like doing. But it was not good.

We have dined in the Cafe and ordered the Bison Burger and Watch your Waist chicken wrap. We were able to customize our meals. Both were very good. We also purchased frozen meals to take home. The Skinny Chicken, Chicken Parmesan, and Shrimp & Lobster with pasta were excellent. Still have a few more frozen meals in the freezer to try. The store is brand new, well organized, and the staff is friendly and explains the meals. Looking forward to more visits to the Cafe.

The smoothie was good without the chalky taste. I got the Arnold wrap and I really liked it. My friend got the steak and tater wrap and he said it was OK. I took a star off because the serving size of the potato fries was very small, 6 fries each. I would definitely go back for the smoothies.

I went in to get some frozen meals due to my schedule and the fact I travel quite a bit. The meal prep here is top notch and extremely cheap compared to what I’ve seen. 7 bucks each is a steal – just got back from a trip to Chicago and I was paying 12 a meal there and it wasn’t as good. The young man, forgot his name but he was from Oregon, helped me out a ton and sold me on a pizza as well, good sales guy. Glad I found you guys and look forward to getting my lunches from you on a weekly basis.
