Definitely good Cole slaw, fried pickles, and the best fried catfish I have had eating out in years. Corn bread was good also. You must stop here if your looking for fried catfish. They were out of huspuppies unfortunately and didn’t offer to substitute, only disappointment.

I would not recommend this restaurant to my worst enemy! The taste of the fish was mediocre. That’s not even why I’m giving this review…I ordered a catfish fillet dinner, which one would think would come with something green…The manager’s idea of green was coleslaw, which I don’t eat, and the only substitution that i could make would be extra fries. So here I am, stuck with a plate full of fries, one catfish fillet, and hush puppies for $19.21. A bunch of carbohydrates, and a little protein. Smh…A death sentence is what it . Needless to say, I’m stuck with a plate full of french fries and two hush puppies…none of which I can, or desire to eat!

I had a great time there. The only issue was that we had reserved our party over week prior to the day we were having it and it was not ready so we had to wait quite a while before being brought in. And it took a long time for us to get our food. But in their defense they were busy and we had a lot of people with us. So over all it was a great experience.

I called and asked for a 3 piece fish meal with a baked potato instead of fries . I was looking to get a full 3 piece meal with a pan of bread to but instead . I got 2 hard burnt hushpuppies and two burnt muffin looking things . Nothing that I asked for plus the last time I got fish there I asked for a order of fried pickles . With my meal . When I got home the pickles was so wet from being half fried and closing the box up before they cooled . I had to throw them away .
