Decided to try this place for the first time after driving by this place every day for two years. Bought two 5 lbs bags (Tuesday Night Special) of crawfish from this place a few weeks ago. Got home and weighed it. It was missing two pounds per bag. They had so much water in the bag. They did not drain the water after scooping the crawfish from the ice chest. Do yourself a favor and buy some place else. Not cool to be stingy and rip your customers off guys.

Really enjoyed the crawfish. Big flavorful and juicy. Perfect seasoning although I would even take it spicier. But good salty flavor. Definitely going pick up some more before the season ends.

Paid quality price for low quality service. Paid just under $7 a pound a couple weeks back for 10 pounds, I weighed it, it weighed less than 8 pounds. The sad part is they were $2 a pound at chez Francois seafood that same day.

Their crawdads are the best in our area. Only tee tiny thing I wish they had was onions. But the shrimp and crawfish have never disappointed. The prices are fair as well. Fresh cooked at the drive thru.

If my review was solely based on proper cooking technique, cleanliness and flavor I would give this place 5 stars. But half of them were inedible. Either dead or crushed. Quality control was terrible. Size was extra small to medium, which I half expect at the beginning of the season but the price didn’t reflect the size. The sausage was 3 dollars and it was small and overcooked. The shrimp, which I waited and extra 15 minutes to cook was WAY over cooked. Flavor was phenomenal though. I could see myself giving this place one more try later in the season and I’ll probably edit my review then.
