This was my first time at this restaurant it is a very cozy place and very friendly. The grilled salmon was excellent and flaky. It was offered with cucumber sauce which was very tasty but it was also very good with just fresh squeezed lemon. The sweet tea was excellent and the garlic toast was definitely on point. This is a great no frills restaurant with really good food. I might have to make this a regular stop.

This was my first time and I was a little skeptical but it really was good… the spaghetti was amazing, the pineapple salad was oh so good, the fried cornbread yes. What I didn’t like was the mashed potatoes with gravy..you could tell they were instant and the sweet tea could be a little sweeter. Lindsey my waitress was amazing..very friendly and explained everything. It did kinda freak me out to turn around and there was someone outside the window staring at me. It is a cash only but I will definitely be back..

I love this place because they serve food that tastes ” home made” from scratch ( not frozen) and the people that work there are friendly and accomadating. I even got a ” home grown “tomato on my sandwich that was wonderful. I WILL be back.

We went to this place on 03-21-2023. The waitress was high strung. She kept coming to use checking on us. Kept touching me and saying I love you. The drinks wasn’t good no matter what drink you ordered. The food wasn’t good at all. The salmon patties had bones in them. Mac and cheese was disgusting. The yams wasn’t good either. The fried cornbread wasn’t good either. As we was leaving we saw the desserts was sitting out on counter top not covered up at all. We won’t go back for the money we paid due to the entire experience wasn’t worth it. Cash only place to pay.

I got the banana pancakes and I thought it would of been smashed in the batter. But they were placed in there. It was ok but not what I expected. But everyone in there was very friendly. Had great items for lunch

Hmm, this was a tough one to rate. Personally I enjoyed the staff and down home country feel of the place. I’m a southern boy myself so good old fashion country I do well at times. The downside was the food was not impressive. It was okay but not much to talk about. There were dishes that I really enjoyed and other that I thought were more of something I’d find further north where taste isn’t as important. Overall the food was good enough to go back for specific menu items but others just lacked in flavor.

The steak had no salt on it. Mac and cheese average. Greens not so great. Cash only too so we had to leave and go to an atm and come back. There’s a lot better options out there
