It has been a long time since I had stepped into a Coolgreens. It was about what I expected. The service was great and the portion sizes are great, but there is just a lack of care when it comes to quality. I got the Cobb Salad and for the most part it was delicious. However, a few times I bit into hard fatty parts of chicken. I had to spit them out into a napkin. They also no longer serve smoothies. Which was a bummer on this hot day. The seating area had old chairs and tables and wasn’t very clean. The window I sat next to had a giant crack in it. Probably won’t be back for a while.

The portions were generous. The combinations and options were great. We went later Saturda evening around 7 and no one was in there and the place was being prepared for closing. For us the place was clean. As for the workers, not rude, just quiet. My husband kept trying to engage with them to break the awkward silence which made it even funnier.

The food was ok. The staff was complacent. The ambiance was blaze. The location is great. The bathroom was disgusting and appallingly dirty. It looked like someone unleashed a firehose in there. Gross enough for me not to return. The nearby flowerchild is much better option.

First I wanna say I love Coolgreens. I eat here a couple times a week. Today I actually dined in and was blown away at the mess. I was the ONLY person in there they were not busy at all. The two young ladies stood behind the counter talking the entire time I ate while the whole place was a wreck. No napkins and trash everywhere. 5 tables had not been cleaned at all. It was just pretty gross in there.

The restaurant area looked a bit sad and grubby. The salads were great. The staff couldn’t give 2 hoots. We ordered Diet Coke the soda vending machine had absolutely no diet options left. When we asked if they could fill up at all we got a disinterested shrug of shoulders. We then asked for a refund on the drink as no options we wanted- they said they would but have failed to do so checking my card statement. Great food maybe hire people who want to be there

We got take out and tried this place for the very first time today. The create your own salad options with up to 8 choices is excellent , the ingredients were fresh , the portion was very very large , I can split it into two meals , lunch and dinner 🙂 The peanut butter bites were also awesome. I look forward in the next month or so to dining in and having cool greens again for sure !

Delicious as always. The Southwest Wrap with Couscous OTS has become my comfort food. I know that when I need a quick meal, I can get something healthy that also fills me up. The ingredients are always fresh, and the staff happily modifies my order and doesn’t mess it up. (I don’t eat dairy products). I never leave feeling gross like I do when I eat normal fast food.
