Corona Village came into being over 25 years ago in the sleepy, southwestern town of Meridian, Idaho and was founded on the idea of offering original Mexican cuisine served in a relaxin atmosphere. Today, the company includes locations throughout the western United States. Since the beginning, our entrées have been prepared using only the freshest produce and finest cuts of meat; from our homemade chips and salsa to our hand-prepared dishes with originality found only at a Corona Village Restaurant.

I really enjoy this place. It was a small restaurant. The selection is pretty good. I like a variety and they offer it on the menu. The brovo’s burrito fulfills that need for me. The staff was very nice. I would say because they are small it seemed to me the waitress didn’t like us sitting and talking for a while after we were done eating. We would get “periodic checks” trying to clear our table and check. They were nice but it seemed to me they were nicely trying to give us a hint. Overall still a good experience. I think they have improved there environment from the first time I visited them about 10 years ago.

This is one of my favorite places to eat. The food is so good and the servings are more than enough to fill me up. Their menu has a large variety to choose from and the staff is always friendly. Overall customer service has always been exceptional, whether dining in or take out.

This is my favorite restaurant of all time. My parents have been taking me here since I was a baby, and now that I’m 20 and in college, I make sure to eat here every time I’m back in town. No one can beat their cheese enchiladas. I mean NO ONE. I have searched of all Denver trying to find a place similar to Corona and no one can beat the best. All their food is absolutely delicious and they have wonderful service.

This was a very solid Mexican restaurant, but unfortunately, nothing too special. Meridian seems to be severely lacking in the Mexican restaurant department… But if you have a Mexican craving, this is probably the best place around :)) I will say, though, I loved the beans. That was a highlight!

Our favorite Mexican restaurant, the food is always great and the staff are so nice, 100% recommend it. I previously gave it a 4 out of 5 stars, I don’t know why but it just felt right until my girlfriend and sister told me I was a terrible person and it deserved 5 stars, and they were right. I’m sorry Corona Village, you are a 5 star restaurant.

Great food with consistent quality. We share a Pobre Chenco, and my wife often asks that they add a fried egg on top, which they are more than willing to accommodate. And add a fried jalapeño too while you’re at it!
