I ordered a sweet pork burrito. Had I not been watching, I don’t think I could have told you what meat was used because the quantity was so small. Further the amount of cheese added to the burrito was equally sparse. They should just call this a rice and bean burrito because that is essentially what you get.

Rosario (asked her name because she was so kind!) helped us today. She was very kind, and made us feel important today, since it was slow- making conversation and being so sweet! The restaurant was very clean, not one dirty table, and the lobby was half full. I love how clean this location keeps there restaurant and there employees are always so cheerful! This place I noticed is hiring, and from what I have heard the tips make up a big difference in your pay. If you know someone looking for a job, this seems like a great place!

Went in for a salad and took my receipt with the code from a survey I did last time I was in. Once at the cash register, the boy did not know how to use it and called someone else over. I was told they don’t take the paper receipts anymore so I couldn’t use it. When clarifying that any receipts I have and the surveys I have already done are now worthless, he told me yes. I explained that I found it in poor customer service to not accept it since it was a survey I had already completed in the past before their new system and I hadn’t been back in since they have changed their system. The only choice they were leaving me with was paying for it even though I had a voucher to receive it free even though I explained that if I walked away from the meal I assume it would just go to waste (which makes me sick). So instead of honoring the survey voucher I had already completed and then me paying for the rest of my meal, they lost money on me paying for my meal and the food goes to waste, including food that they were already giving away for free anyways using some other system. Doesn’t make much sense.

Now I will start by saying the food is great, as it always is. But I was not impressed with this Costa Vida. There is one point when our burritos sat on the end of the conveyor belt coming out of the oven for 4 1/2 minutes and five different teenage boy employees all sat talking with each other and we just waited for that one of them to actually get our food for us. On top of that as you can see from this picture, it was the first time I’ve ever left still hungry, they were very skimpy on the burrito size. I probably won’t be returning to this customer again.

I have been to the Costa Vida many times and have never left a review. I was impressed with the speed and professionalism of the staff. The food was very good too! I highly recommend if you are at Farmington Station Park that you try out this location.

Absolutely no one in line but waited for service while employees horse-played behind the counter. Once approached, the server was disinterested and couldn’t get the order correct because she continued to flirt with manager. Meager portion of rice and beans and hardly any meat. My daughter was trying to use a gift card and as we left I was reminded why we frequent Cafe Rio. Manager was disinterested and exhibited very poor customer service. I have to say that this has been my experience at most Costa locations. They need to work on their culture!

Absolutely horrible customer service at this location, showed up 15mins before closing, wouldn’t serve us any chicken, had already shut down the grill, made our quesadilla and didn’t cut it, sorry but if you close at 10, you close at 10. If we are there at 9:55 you better cook me the food I am ready to order and pay for.

This place is so hit or miss. Sometimes everything is on point, and sometimes it’s trash, and it’s legit a 50/50 chance for either. This is not worth $8.50. Their idea of extra cheese is a joke, and that they charge more for basically nothing is a little ridiculous. They forgot the pico and lettuce. Thankfully I always order an extra side of pico, but all in, this is not worth what I paid.
