I know I just wrote a couple reviews on 2 other cousins locations/experiences but they weren’t the best. I like to compliant anytime I can and I will say that this cousins was on point with the sandwiches I ordered for my mom and myself. Everything was good, fresh and prepared just how we requested. Thank you!!!! I only gave a 4-star total because customer service sucked. The food itself deserved 5.

Horrible service! Did a curbside pickup had to wait a additional 30 + min for order and order was still wrong twice. What’s the point of ordering ahead when they don’t be on time or correct. Learn how to train your staff better or hired better staff Cousin’s Sub.

Cousins is usually my go-to place for a good sub. Today I was very disappointed. Not only was I not able to eat due to them giving me someone else’s order, but it also only gave me two options for their mess up. Either refund or mail me a coupon. We like Cousins, it’s close to our house and the sandwiches are always good. But the service is often slow. There’s no point in ordering through the app because they don’t start making your food until you arrive to pick it up. If I’m going to have to wait anyway, I’ll order in person. Staff isn’t always friendly and it’s often hard to understand them when ordering at the drive through.
