I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone, their food is THE BEST!!! We ordered to go, but I wanted a grilled fish and it was the best grilled blackened catfish dinner I’ve ever had!! I mean it melted in my mouth, had my taste buds going wild with flavor ! It was honestly out of this world dish I would diffently eat again. They have large portions of food with awesome customer service, the atmosphere is so inviting and friendly and then the food itself is to die for!

Finally got to check out this place it was really really really good… the catfish wasn’t over done..perfect.. house tarter great.. Coleslaw was fantastic… meat pie best I’ve had..first time eating crawfish pie yummy… very busy..no wonder..great place!!!!

Came here on a Wednesday. It was pretty dead. They didn’t have lobster or crab legs. Got Crawfish and shrimp and it was OK. Was disappointed that it didn’t come in a bag with all the wonderful juices. Just came in a little carton all dry. The corn and potatoes were all dry as well.

I stopped here for the past few years when passing through Dixie Inn. Each time I’ve been highly impressed with the extensive food that comes with each entree. This last go around I ordered the seafood platter and really enjoyed the range and taste of my dish. All the fried food was cooked to crispy perfection and the meat was tasty and flavorful. I also ordered a meat pie as a side and found the outside crust crispy while the meat inside was savory and had a unique taste. Wait staff here are friendly, attentive, and fast despite the large number of folks coming here to eat, which is a testament to the quality of the fare.

Some friends of mine had told me this place was good but I hadn’t tried it yet. We had actually went to Dorcheat but once we got inside, there was a sign that they didn’t have whole fish. That was a deal breaker for us so we thought we’d give this place a try.

Wasted an hour of my family’s time on the wait list, no warning or explanation that they were running low on crawfish. With no intention to let us know. Luckily someone walked out to leave and said something. Glad we didn’t waste even more time with that lack of communication. Thanks.
