We haven’t been in maybe 20 years. When I lived in Zanesville we used to come in from time to time. They definitely updated the inside. Pizza has a great outer crust and soft underneath (if that’s your thing). Salads are basic but great. Calzone was superb. Although i will say they need to sharpen their pizza cutter. Nice waitress for us as well.

Will not waste money here again. The pizza came in a decent time, but upon opening the box the pizza was partially sold to one side(probably from delivery). The pizza dough was soggy worse than a sponge, the toppings were fine. I don’t know much about their baking process, but they should bake the dough partially before the toppings then add the toppings and bake for a little longer. I used to live their pizzas, and I’m sad the quality has went down. Sorry for the negative review, but people should know what they’re paying for.

No entry into the building so i parked & ordered a sub. It was ready in 10 minutes so i drove to the window, claimed my Upside reward and paid with my card on file. The whole sub was only a buck or two more so I upsized. Next time i get a sub it will be from Crenos.

I ordered online, paid $12 for just a SALAD! Then i go to pick it up only to see that they are closed but there are a bunch of employees in there goofing off and will not open the door after i’ve already paid for a salad i never got

No meat in their antipasto salad besides 6 pepperonis & 4 squares of turkey. Barley a sprinkling of veggies & none of the sides I specially asked for with my stromboli made it, the Stromboli itself self actually did taste good. Had higher expectations. ♀️ Barley mediocre. Not worth the cheat carbs !

Please let me start by saying this is my first negative review. On Friday night I ordered a taco salad and lasagna with garlic bread. When it arrived (at 10:58pm) the taco salad didn’t have any meat and the lasagna was cold. I called immediately (at 10:59pm) trying to get ahold of somebody before they closed at 11 but I didn’t get no answer I kept calling until about quarter after 11 hoping somebody would pick up. I called the next day on Saturday at 11:15 right after they open spoke with the manager explain what happened in the night before and explainwd I had the receipts was told that I had to wait until the owner Cody came in before they could replace my food or give me credit back which he wouldn’t be in until Monday or Tuesday. I called this morning Monday around 11 this morning spoke with Cody he said he speak to the manager that was on duty Friday night and call me back I never received a phone call back from Cody so I tried to call him back I’m about 4 hours later and was told he was on the phone I asked for a call back and never received one. I just now called back to that store and now I’m being told he will not be back in until Thursday morning so I will never order again from this place because for one that owner just brushed me off like I wasn’t nobody after I order from them several times and gave good tips to the drivers. All I was asking was to have my food replaced.
