Wasn’t gonna leave a review until I started eating my burger that was not cooked all the way. I’m waiting on a new on to be made now. The place is kinda gross. Not the cleanliness just the place in general. Cedar Springs Culver’s looks like it should be Rockford Culver’s. And Rockford Culver’s looks like it should be Cedar Spring Culvers. Regardless. Culver’s is top notch but this one is strange. Loud rock music playing. Strange employees. Not a typical Culver’s.

Pretty good food and cool service. I got a bunch of useless information with my meal from the mind of Noah S, that was cool. I’m pretty happy especially with the entertainment brought on by the bodies in the back. Good juicy burger and the fries come out steaming hot like chill out a bit fries. 5/5 stars but only complaint is they never spell my name right.

We have went to the Rockford location on several occasions the wait time has always been a long one wether its dine in or drive thru. One day we waited 30 minutes for 2 strawberry mango coolers. If you haven’t tried them they are wonderful. The Cedar Springs location has always been in a timely manner. The food is always excellent they have an olive burger which is not on their menu board but is scrumptious.

I just witnessed through the drive thru window, James eating while working the cash register with gloves on. I have ordered several times here, and while the food is always great – staffing seems to be an issue. I saw during another visit a manager acting inappropriately with a team member during shift through the drive thru window. The manager was playing with the girls apron inappropriately.

The burgers are pretty good. They can not seem to get simple orders correct (I think they have a speed over accuracy policy). The last two takeout orders have been wrong, always a cheaper version of what was ordered and paid for.

We waited 35 minutes to get a chicken sandwich and gave up. At least we got our money back. Seriously needs some adults to work in this location. Busy is one thing but …… Worst Culver’s location ever.

Ordered a kids meal here, with some milk as the drink. Milk was spoiled, rotten, disgusting smell that my child drank part of before mentioning that it was bad. We smelled and it was utterly deplorable, gag worthy. Please if the milk isn’t stored properly, throw it away and order new milk. It’s one thing to poison an adult, it’s another to poison a child.

Place is filthy, l was hit in the face with the smell of dirty mop water when I walked in the door. The windows all look like they were washed with dirty mop, the ketchup dispenser was caked up and nasty, come on Culver’s, yall used to be so good

Went here with my son. He ordered the shrimp basket and the pretzel bites with cheese. I had a 10 pc shrimp. The shrimp were great!! Nice large shrimp, nice flavor and perfect crispiness to breading, not over cooked at all. It was so good we went back with the rest of the family a couple days later!
