Multiple visits first 2019: Finally made it to #dairykeen It has been recommended by many friends when traveling thru Heber. Dairy Keen has been around since 1946 so there is a good reason for its longevity, it’s good. I got the #trainburger it really was tasty. The ham and cheese made it that much better. Plus the slice of tomato and pickles added a nice counter point to the meat. The special sauce was nice too. Definitely enjoyed the Train burger. #onionrings were nice and crispy. Usually I’m not a fan of panko breaded onion rings I’m more a batter fan, but these were cooked to perfection and kept the crispness! #strawberryshake was thick and yummy I had to eat it with a spoon. The fruit wasn’t pulverized and kept some of the strawberry integrity. I really enjoyed the food and the fun train atmosphere. A great place to go!

This place rocks! Amazing prices, high quality food, clean restaurant, helpful staff, and fast service. We barely sat down before our huge meal was ready. The burgers, fries, milkshakes, and fish n chips are sooo good!

I love Dairy Keen! We’ve been going there my whole life, which is why it was so strange to me when my husband drove from Sandy to Heber to grab me a Mushroom Swiss burger (my favorite) when I was sick.

Such a classic restaurant! I’m always impressed with how well the staff is able to handle the massive crowds especially on summer weekends. They have some amazing gluten free options including gluten free hamburger buns and dedicated fryers for gluten free items. Their shakes are always amazing and the atmosphere inside is iconic. It’s always worth stopping after a fun day on the lake!

This place has had the bottom drop out. I went on a Saturday at noon and the place was packed. Great for them. I’m sure that in the past, the food has justified the crowd. Unfortunately that’s no longer the case. We ordered 6 different hamburgers. 2 came without the bacon that was ordered (and listed on the wrapper), all 6 were squashed flat, similar to any other chain fast food dump. They were so busy it wasn’t worth fighting for the missing bacon. I was asked at checkout for a “tip for the workers”. This is the reason for the current backlash in tipping. My food was not delivered to my table, my drinks were filled by me, and we cleared our own table. What exactly do you want me to tip for? Pay your workers and don’t expect me to make up for any shortage. I’m not tipping at Burger King, I’m not tipping here. Especially now that your quality is less than Burger King. Yes, I said that. Terrible burgers.

Dairy Keen is a place I stop every time I get at all close to Heber City. It is a very popular place as is evidenced by the always long but quick moving line. This place is well known for its celiac friendly food and service. The person who took my order also lives gluten free and knew exactly what needed to happen with my order to keep my food safe for me. Besides the service the burgers, fries, and shakes are all very good. I feel like I’m eating a regular old burger like every one else. I’ll keep coming back every chance I get!

A delightful place to eat. The model trains fascinated the kids, and the food was excellent. It’s clear why Dairy Keen has won so many awards. The entire family got just what we wanted and it didn’t cost so much that I had to get another job! Eating out with a family of 8 can be really expensive, but we were delighted with how affordable this place was and how delicious the food was. The place was packed, but the wait to order was not long at all, and the food came out in reasonable time. Definitely worth visiting and we will come back again. Truly a delight and glad we stumbled upon Dairy Keen.

The staff are very friendly as you enter to order your food. Then the atmosphere is fantastic they have play tables for the kids and trains everywhere. The food was very reasonably priced and tasted delicious. I had the ham and cheese sandwich, and it was about 6″ long. I also had the fresh strawberry shake actually made with fresh strawberries. It was scrumptious. I would highly recommend this establishment!.
